    Already Friends

After much thought and consideration, both Ceara and Allison have decided to step away from Already Friends. We poured our hearts into the show for 5 full years and are so proud of what we created. The AFP community has grown with us and given us so much grace and support over the years. We’re both grieving in closing this chapter, but we know there’s new projects on the horizon. Thank you for joining us in this journey. We’re forever grateful for all of you! We will keep the episodes on Apple and Spotify through for at least the rest of 2026 for you to continue enjoying. If you're missing us, there's 50+ bonus episodes on patreon.com/alreadyfriends

Ep 170: Julia Broome is a 28-year-old influencer on the rise. However, she wouldn’t describe herself that way - she would say she is an educator, which is true, but we’re obsessed with her personally and so is everyone else because she’s such a delight!

Born and raised in California, Julia has been around the industry her whole life. Her first internship was with a wellness influencer and it was incredibly impactful to launching her career. In this episode, Julia shares insights on building an online presence, tips for someone looking to hire a social media manager and how to become a social media manager yourself. She even has two courses through her SOSH School, which are designed to help with that step by step!

We wrap up with candid conversations about the pros and cons of social media accessibility, self-care, keeping up with crazy schedules, grounding techniques and why it’s so important to support your small business and creative friends.

Mental Health, Mood Disorders and Medicine with Hannah Heidel / @nourisheddgirl Mar 22, 2024
    Show notes

Ep 166: Continuing with our 8 dimensions of wellness series, we are joined by Hannah Heidel, who is a master's student of holistic nutrition science. She goes by the social media handle @ nourisheddgirl where she shares a variety of wellness content of her journey and conscious lifestyle. You’ll find vulnerable and heart-centered videos featuring her routines, grocery shopping, recipes, self-care activities, her experience with anxiety and opening up about the reality of her healing process.

    TAKEAWAYS:
