    Show notes

✨ CLICK HERE TO Join me for STRENGTHEN YOUR SIGNAL

This is a completely free experience beginning late September 2026, where we'll audit our inner value systems, clear the noise, and reconnect with what we're truly destined to build.

In this deeply personal episode, I'm recording from my balcony overlooking my lake in Indiana on Labor Day weekend, in the final month of my pregnancy. I'm walking through one of the biggest thresholds of my life — physically, creatively, emotionally, and spiritually — and reflecting on the five major milestones that have shaped who I am as a woman, a mother, a wife, and an entrepreneur.

I share the four milestones that came before this one: the death of my grandmother when I was fifteen and the grief that shaped my relationship with education and purpose; discovering the yogic Witness Teaching in college alongside my studies in social justice and business administration; a transformative year building a community program in Costa Rica followed by three months living an ashram life in India; and a 10-day vow of silence that cracked open years of repressed anger during the unraveling of my marriage.

Each of these thresholds forced me back into deeper relationship with Source, with my own inner value system, and with the clarity I needed to walk into the next chapter. Now, on the edge of welcoming my son, I'm sitting in the fifth milestone — motherhood — and feeling called to invite you into this portal alongside me.

This episode is part memoir, part spiritual reflection, part business philosophy — weaving together the three pillars of Soul Work: spiritual depth, business mastery, and philanthropic contribution (what we call holy redistribution). If you're an entrepreneur, a mother, a mentor, or simply someone standing at your own threshold right now, this conversation is for you.

    In this episode, you'll hear:

    • Why I believe every rebirth is preceded by a death — and how to recognize which one you're in
    • The five milestones that have shaped my life, my marriage, my motherhood, and my business
    • How my grandmother's death taught me about grief, academic excellence, and liberation through education
    • The yogic Witness Teaching that changed how I relate to my own inner world
    • What a year in Costa Rica and three months in an Indian ashram taught me about leadership, humility, and business mastery
    • How a 10-day vow of silence exposed years of repressed rage — and why I'm grateful for it
    • Why motherhood is calling me into a new level of creative, spiritual, and entrepreneurial responsibility
    • An invitation to join Strengthen Your Signal, a free experience to help you audit your own values and reconnect with your dharmic destiny

In this episode, I'm coming to you from Washington D.C. while attending the 135th national gathering of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the largest women's nonprofit organization in the world.

I go into the full-circle moment of returning to a world I was introduced to as a little girl through my grandmother — philanthropic societies, women's organizational leadership, Robert's Rules of Order, executive boards, national conventions, and the very real mechanics of how women organize around shared values and long-term impact.

I share how, as a child, I was physically present in these rooms without fully understanding what I was being exposed to, and how being here now — pregnant, building The Philanthropic Femme, and newly approved with 501(c)(3) status — has given me an entirely different lens.

This episode explores the relationship between lineage, grief, motherhood, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and legacy. I speak about losing my grandmother at 15, feeling her presence with me in this season, and recognizing how many seemingly separate chapters of my life have actually been preparing me for the work I am building now.

I also go into the deeper vision for The Philanthropic Femme Society: not only as a nonprofit vehicle for fundraising, but as a long-term organization for female founders who want to integrate contribution, collective impact, and social responsibility into the structure of their businesses.

This is a conversation about women's leadership, organized philanthropy, legacy structures, and the responsibility of building companies that serve beyond the self.

What does it take to build a purpose-driven business while staying deeply connected to your spiritual path?

In this personal episode, Adi Shakti shares the story behind her evolution from yoga teacher and humanitarian advocate to spiritual entrepreneur, business mentor, nonprofit founder, and creator of The Philanthropic Femme movement.

If you've ever wondered how to align spirituality and business, build a meaningful career, create impact through entrepreneurship, or discover your dharmic path, this conversation offers an intimate look behind the scenes of the lessons, mistakes, pivots, and experiences that shaped Adi's journey.

From growing up in Indiana with an early awareness of social justice and leadership, to studying philosophy and social justice in Chicago, to humanitarian work in Costa Rica, spiritual study in India, trauma-informed facilitation, and scaling a multi-million-dollar personal development company, Adi walks through the eight major chapters that led to her current work supporting women in business, spiritual leaders, coaches, facilitators, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • How childhood experiences shaped Adi's commitment to leadership, advocacy, and philanthropy

    • The role yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice played in overcoming anxiety and finding purpose

    • Lessons from humanitarian work, nonprofit leadership, and international service projects

    • What studying in India taught her about spiritual growth, discipline, and self-mastery

    • The realities of building a successful yoga business and retreat company

    • Mistakes made as a facilitator and the path toward trauma-informed leadership

    • Why entrepreneurship became one of the most powerful tools for creating meaningful impact

    • The connection between spiritual development, emotional intelligence, and business success

    • How The Philanthropic Femme was born from the integration of spiritual depth, business mastery, and philanthropic contribution

    • Why the most successful entrepreneurs are often lifelong seekers

This episode is for spiritual entrepreneurs, female founders, yoga teachers, coaches, facilitators, nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and purpose-driven women who want to build wealth, create impact, and live in alignment with their values.

If you're navigating a season of growth, reinvention, entrepreneurship, or personal transformation, this conversation will remind you that every chapter of your life has prepared you for the next one.

You're Not Apathetic—You're Just Waiting for a "Someday" That Never Comes

What do two multimillion-dollar female founders have in common with a woman just starting her journey? They all feel the same ache: a massive vision on their heart and the frustration of not feeling resourced enough to bring it to life.

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on a pattern I see in women at every level of success—from those doing multi-millions a month to those clawing their way back to baseline. That painful gap between your vision and your current capacity? It never fully closes. The horizon keeps moving. And if you're not careful, that gap turns into shame, and shame quietly turns into apathy, inconsistency, and the seductive lie of "someday."

Someday when the business is stable. Someday when the audience is bigger. Someday when you feel legitimate enough. I'm here to interrupt that story and remind you: the power is in you now.

We talk about why your desire to contribute and serve the world's most vulnerable doesn't have to wait for a magical milestone—and how philanthropy can grow with you, integrated into your business at whatever stage you're in.

    In this episode:

    • Why the "gap" between vision and capacity never disappears—and why that's actually fuel
    • How shame compounds into apathy (and why you're not actually apathetic)
    • The "someday" trap that keeps powerful women paralyzed
    • Why you don't need a foundation, a defined cause, or overflow money to start giving back now
    • Creating a ripple of impact: freer women and safer children

Ready to stop waiting? Join the Philanthropic Femme Challenge—5 days to get clarity on your give-back lane and integrate it into your business. We start June 20th–24th, and it's just $22. The link is in the show notes. I'll see you inside.

    ----------------------------------

There's a massive difference between being inspirational and being impactful — and most female founders never make the jump between the two.

We've spent the last decade healing. We've built our businesses. We've found our voices. But somewhere along the way, brilliant women with world-changing visions watched those visions die quietly in disorganization. Because empowerment without structure doesn't scale. Good intentions don't protect women and children. Organized power does.

In this episode — the very first Philanthropic Femme Friday — Adi Shakti issues a direct invitation: it's time to stop gathering only for healing, and start gathering for institutional leadership.

    What you'll hear:

    • Why most women are taught to be inspirational, but never taught to hold power structurally
    • The three pillars of a Philanthropic Femme — spiritual depth, business success, and organizational leadership
    • The two sides of the movement: the Mastermind that develops the woman, and the Society that organizes her power
    • How recent members have funded clean water filtration in Guatemala, vocational training at a human trafficking rescue center in India, and food distribution for families in need
    • What the Divine Mother looks like dressed in operational excellence and parliamentary procedure
    • Why this isn't charity from a savior complex — it's women remembering their responsibility to one another

If you've felt the quiet ache of wanting your success to mean something beyond yourself, press play.
