    33 Tangents - Episode #221 - What Is Sustainable Analytics? Aug 10, 2022
    Show notes

For many, it feels as though digital analytics has reached a point where the focus is on the collecting more data and less on how it will be used. Often times organizations are moving too fast so the excuse becomes “as long as we’re collecting it, we’ll be able to figure it out later.”

The problem is that most of that data will be useless because the time to define it, validate it, and maintain it was put in.

On this week’s episode, Jason and Jim talk about a concept Jason has mentioning for a little while now: Sustainable Analytics. What is Sustainable Analytics? What are the core tenants? What happen sings in the industry has led to the creation of this philosophy?

Working remotely offers a great deal of freedom and flexibility which can take many different forms.
