Out Of Office: A Travel Podcast

Out of Office is a travel podcast hosted by us, Ryan Davis and Kiernan Schmitt. From early childhood, we were each infected with a serious case of wanderlust (among other things.)

We define travel broadly, from local day trips to high-flyin’ overseas adventures. Every episode, we dig into one topic—ranging from the serious to the silly, the practical to the outlandish—and give advice on how to get out there and explore the world.

The Travel Diaries

The Travel Diaries is a weekly interview series where journalist Holly Rubenstein chats to a special guest about their adventures around the world, and the travel experiences and destinations that have shaped their lives.

Be transported to exotic and far flung places as Holly and her diverse range of famous guests take you on a journey through the seven chapters of their life’s travel diaries, from their earliest childhood travel memory and the first place they fell in love with; to their all time favourite destination, their hidden gem recommendation and what’s at the top of their bucket list. It’s wanderlust, guaranteed!

Peace Out

Hey, I’m Sally Osborne, the coming out coach. Raised in the LDS (Mormon) church, I had a clear plan for my life since as early as I can remember. Until everything suddenly imploded. After a deep dive into my soul, I experienced the excruciating pain of losing my faith. My internal world was destroyed and my external world came soon after.

When I had the strength, I began to search for the bricks to begin rebuilding. I desperately needed to understand myself. To heal. To believe in myself. To FIND myself. And then to be true to myself. I realized I am GAY and have been my whole life! Soon after came the pain. Staying married to a man would have been the ultimate betrayal of self.

So, I did it. I came out! I am living my truth. I’m here on the other side and you guys, believe me when I tell you it is WORTH IT! I don’t just feel happy, I feel ALIVE! And it is so beautiful.

After coming out of religion or the closet, there are still challenges to be faced. THIS is life. Being a human is not easy. We’re all on the path, evolving and discovering more of who we are every day. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here for it.

Peace Out is for everyone. I’m here for you, your partner, parent, sibling, or BFF, as you peacefully navigate coming out of religion or coming out of the closet. Or if you’re like me, both!

I created this podcast to give you some encouragement and love through these super challenging times. Whether you personally have questions, are looking for help, or a even a community, I see you. I hear you. You got this!

When you feel like you don’t fit in, you fit in right here.

Project Unabom

Decades after Ted Kaczynski was caught, society is still asking some of the same questions about him: Is Ted a genius who went astray? Or simply a madman who murdered three people in cold blood? Project Unabom takes an in-depth look back at the Unabomber saga and Ted Kaczynski’s legacy from the perspective of FBI agents who worked to solve the case, his brother who turned him in, and Ted’s very own writings.

New episodes out every Monday.

Queen of Hearts

Dating can be a drag, so why not turn it into a game? In this blind-dating game show, host Jujubee (RuPaul’s Drag Race, Dragnificent) guides singles through a series of sexy games to see if they can find their one true love-for-now.

This is how it works: We have a contestant. We give them three daters to choose from, but the only thing they get from their potential love connections are their voices. We play some racy games before eliminating all but one potential dater. And that’s when the cameras come on and things get personal. Can they win a date on Jujubee’s dime or will she send them back to the apps?
