How can you create an unshakeable business? My name is Leila Hormozi and I crossed $100M by the age of 28. Now I’m growing acquisition.com into a billion-dollar portfolio. Welcome to The Private Practice Pro podcast. I’m Kelley Stevens, LMFT, a therapist, a mom of two, and someone who figured out private practice the hard way. I started out making $16 an hour, driving over an hour each way to work, and paying a $1,000 student loan bill every month. Since then, I’ve opened three private practices in three different cities and supported more than 3,000 therapists as they build and grow their own.
This podcast is for you if you’re sitting in your office wondering how you’re going to keep your caseload full in today’s world. So much has changed with AI, big tech, and the way clients find a therapist, and every episode is focused on what’s working right now.
You’ll hear a few kinds of episodes. In my solo episodes, I break down the patterns and mistakes I’m seeing after coaching thousands of therapists, along with what I would do right now to keep your caseload full. My marketing director and best friend, Amanda, joins me for coffee talks where we take websites, SEO, and social media and turn them into steps you can actually take. In our private practice breakdowns, I look at a listener’s website, practice, and marketing and share in real time what I would change. And every so often, I’ll sit down with someone I think you really need to know.
My goal is to keep every episode focused on you and the practice you’re building, because private practice really is just a series of steps, and you only need to take the next one. ❤️

MERGED is a platform to enable the mainstream exploration of UAP through the lens of pilots, scientists, and innovators.
Ryan will host discussions on UAP that prioritize scientific inquiry and maintain an open-minded approach. In addition to exchanging ideas, MERGED will serve as a conduit for identifying technologies, companies, and individuals that can contribute to the ecosystem of UAP research and understanding.
Ryan Graves is a former pilot who flew the F-18 Super Hornet fighter jet. In 2014, he and his colleagues regularly encountered unidentified aerospace phenomena (UAP) off the coast of Virginia Beach. These sightings were so frequent that they had to cancel training missions. By 2021, there have been 11 documented near misses with UAP. The MERGED Podcast is here to explore this phenomenon and the efforts to understand it through the perspective of pilots, scientists, and innovators. Ryan believes that the UAP phenomenon is an engineering problem and that a rational, science-first approach is needed to explore it.
Becky Ripley and Emily Knight make sense of what it means to be human by looking to the natural world… Science meets storytelling with a philosophical twist.
