This is the literal definition I decided to do a Podcast on what it actually feel’s like to have depression & anxiety everyday and have to live with it. Often people who don’t understand they say its all in your head get over it you have to fight. Guess what life happens and often we are dealing with daily stressors and people whom don’t really understand you and the things you wish they understood. Topic for this podcast is things we wish our friends and relationship partners would & should understand.
