After overseeing Digital Marketing for CBS New York from 2011 to 2016, Kurt embarked on an entrepreneurial path, launching TopPodcast.com in 2017. Before podcasts became sexy, he was the first industry experts to predict that the podcast medium would become a $1 billion industry by 2021 in a post on his site in March 2017, double what the industry was predicting at the time. He currently acts as the business manager for the critically acclaimed True Crime podcast, Cult Liter, produced by Spencer Henry.

In additional to providing podcast consulting services to brands and agencies, he also runs his own boutique marketing agency, Ace Attribution Group, placing integrated national media buys using powerful lean-in tactics via TV, Radio, Podcasts, and Digital. Currently retained by national clients such as AmeriGas, Cynch, and BJB Worldwide, his team develops unparalleled campaigns using host-endorsed ads and native branded content.

Kurt manages a multi-million dollar national marketing campaign for AmeriGas, for their grill propane tank contactless home delivery brand called Cynch. Kurt is an expert in developing influencer and host-endorsed campaigns across all mediums, not just the podcast industry.
