Wolves in sheep's clothing - Julie Rae Jan 17, 2024

Show notes

On this week's episode I'm telling Russ all about the wrongful conviction and exoneration of a woman named Julie Rae! Her story is totally nuts and actually brings up 2 other cases we have already covered. Way back in 2020 I told Russ about the case of Darlie Routier and my opinion on it caused us to get more hate e-mail then any other episode! Julie's case is eerily similar to Darlie's and may even make some of you question if Darlie should be on death row right now. Moral of the story... Its the one's claiming to do good but are actually causing harm that we should be the most afraid of. The real villains are the wolves in sheep's clothing.

The Forgotten People - MMIW Dec 21, 2023

Show notes

On this week's episode I'm telling Russ 3 cases of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women in America. The cases of Kaysera Stops Pretty Places, Henny Scott and Kimberly Bearclaw Iron. Big Horn County Montana is like ground zero for the MMIW movement. There are countless cases of women disappearing or being murdered in the area but their cases never get solved. The issues in Big Horn County are multidimensional but the fact of the matter is these women deserve justice. Sadly there are many reservations in the U.S. and Canada with the same problems and the MMIW movement is on a mission to build awareness.
