Throughout this conversation Manny drank a Bubly 's "Lime" while I enjoyed Henderson Brewing Co x Chris Soutsos of Thrashed's "Suds for Buds" the 3.5% Grodziskie which was brewed as a part of Brewtal North America. This killer brew poured out with a light yellow veil, smashed subtle smokiness on the nose & slapped a clean crisp smokie finish.

Throughout this chat, Marc-André was drinking Messorem Bracitorium's "SINGLE TOUCH: CITRA" the 6.5% ABV 100% Citra DDH IPA, Alex was drinking their "Il ÉTAIT UNE FOIS : SÉCHERESSE" the 5% Helles Lager while I enjoyed their "ONE HUNNA: SIMCOE" 100% Simcoe 8.2% ABV DDH DIPA. This killer brew poured out with a light yellow veil, smashed sweet honey melon on the nose & slapped an enjoyable bitter mandarin fueled finish.

While I enjoyed Microbrasserie À la Fût x BreWskey - Pub & Taproom 's "Série IPA Western- #2". This killer collab poured out with a slight hazy veil, smashed earthy notes on the nose & slapped a juicy yet complex tart finish. It clocked in with a 7.4% ABV.

Monkey Dog is a 8.4% ABV Double NEIPA that pours out with a gorgeous light yellow veil, smashes tropical fruits such as mangoes & pineapples on the nose & slaps a enjoyably sweet juicy finish.

Throughout this interview, Megan enjoyed a "Ultra Blue" Sugar Free Monster Energy while I enjoyed La Souche Stoneham 's "Gose Vie Sale". This special edition version was brewed with Maison Orphée salt & Distillerie Stadaconé Gin Aromatics which are typically used in their Black Gin such as Spicy & Floral Tasmanian Berries & Galanga! This unique brew poured out with a pitch black veil, smashed wild herbs on the nose & ripped a salty sour refreshing finish. It clocked in with a 4% ABV.

Throughout this conversation, Ol enjoyed some refreshing water as he had to wake up in 3 hours but no worries, I enjoyed a Monster of Craft Beer for the both of us! I was drinking Broue Shop Brasserie Artisanale x Ras L'Bock 's "BIDING BADANG" the 10.5% ABV Triple IPA. This sick brew was dry hopped 3 times with Cryo Amarillo, Citra & Columbus Hops. It poured out with lovely yellow hazy veil, smashed ripe oranges on the nose & kicked a boozy sweet tropical fruit punch finish. It was glorious!!!

Thirsty Thursday LIVE Matt Origin Story II Jul 08, 2021

I invited three of my oldest friends to be my guests on this month's Thirsty Thursday LIVE!!!

One of my very first friends, Chris Flint, who I met in kindergarten and was in my first band Nixtasm. Vince Berardinucci, who I met in high school and I went to my first concerts with, drank my first beers with & discovered metal with. And finally, James Arsenian, the vocalist of Endast, who taught me a lot when I first started playing shows downtown in the early years of 3 Mile Scream.

No topic was off the table & we had a sick time indeed!!

Throughout this hang, I enjoyed Ras L'Bock x Boire Grand - WJW Saucissier Ahuntsic's "Sainte-Justine". This non-alcoholic brew was created to give back to CHU Sainte-Justine. This killer n/a Berliner Weisse was brewed with pineapple & lime. It was delicious & ultra refreshing! I followed up with L'Apothicaire x Augury's "Illusive Golden Ale" which was brewed as a part of Brewtal North America. This Belgian Golden Ale was hopped with a mixture of traditional & new world hops. This killer brew was slightly sweet, crisp & insanely drinkable. I finished up with Le Fermentor x The Agonist's "Brew As My Guide" which was brewed as a part of Brewtal North America. This 7% DDH IPA was ultra crushable & had an enjoyable resinous finish.
