The studio work with governments, health care systems, pharma, start-ups, and hospital administrators working in public and private care settings. These are places where services are lacking and an understanding of people's social, economic, and cultural mindsets has to deeply be taken into account.

Michaela holds an MS. in Marketing Research from The University of Texas at Arlington, an MS. in Marketing, Advertising & PR from Stockholm University, and a BS. and MS. in Psychology from Havana University. She also holds a UX Master Certification with a focus on User Research and Interaction Design from the Nielsen Norman Group.
