The full panel of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals weighs allowing Judge Boasberg to continue his contempt proceedings in the Alien Enemies Act case as the DOJ files a judicial complaint against Minnesota judges over immigration.

After failing in the grand conspiracy investigation, Kash Patel has ordered a classified report to examine failures in the investigations into Donald Trump.

Lawyers for several FBI agents fired by Kash Patel have filed a motion asking Judge Aileen Cannon how they’re supposed to testify in the “Grand Conspiracy” case without violating her order prohibiting conveyance of anything in Volume II of Jack Smith’s final report.

Lawyers for former federal prosecutor Sheri Mecklenburg say she retired Thursday from the Justice Department — a week before a federal judge is expected to hold a crucial hearing over the mishandling of the “Broadview Six” case.

The Justice Department argues the recent Supreme Court ruling widening the President’s power to fire certain agency leaders also extends to Maureen Comey.

FBI and DHS Override Prosecutors Sep 20, 2026

A top Justice Department official threatened prosecutors with termination if they didn’t pursue voter fraud cases.

Minnesota officers arrested ICE agent Christian Castro during a traffic stop after Texas Governor Greg Abbott refused to extradite him. Castro now faces both federal and state charges stemming from the non-fatal shooting of Julio Cesar Sosa-Selis.

Kash Patel testified before the Senate this week and defended lowering standards for hiring agents at the Bureau.

The FBI halted cooperation with Canada over references to the September 11th attacks, further straining relationships with foreign law enforcement agencies.

Joe DiGenova abruptly resigned from his post at the US Attorney's office in Miami where he was investigating the non-existent grand conspiracy against Donald Trump.

The contractor that renovated the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool has told the Trump administration that errors in its own work and flaws in the repair plan, not vandalism, caused the pool’s new blue liner to peel and break loose.

The chief of the Civil Rights Division at Main Justice has sent 29 letters to secretaries of state ordering them to preserve 2024 election materials and informing them that they’re under investigation.
