Under the Comic Covers has the distinct pleasure of talking about two fantastic issues of two fantastic books in this episode. We open with The Walking Dead #174, giving us our best look yet at Negan's inner-self as well as giving us, the readers, some well earned closure for a couple of characters. We then move on to Paper Girls #18, where we get some much needed exposition which completely alters our view of the various players in this particular story.
