Unbroken Business Support Podcast With Michael Anthony

The Unbroken Business Support Podcast is where serious entrepreneurs and business owners come to build real seven‑figure companies, not chase shortcuts or guru nonsense.

Every episode is built around the core BSG mission helping founders, executives, and operators embrace adversity, forge resilience, and install the structures required for a business that scales without breaking the person running it. We go deep into the full triad of business sales, marketing, and mission and then extend into leadership, teams and hiring, brand and positioning, AI and technology, and execution and systems, using the Six Pillar framework you run your business on in real life. This is where we turn pipeline chaos, team bottlenecks, and founder overwhelm into clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution so you can build a company that is dependent on processes, not personalities.

Inside the show, you will hear conversations and tactical breakdowns with some of the most respected operators, strategists, and creators in the game including Tom Bilyeu, Leila Hormozi, Vishen Lakhiani, David Meltzer, Gino Wickman, Amy Porterfield, Jenna Kutcher, Tim Storey, Damon Burton, Anthony Trucks, David Shands, and James Lawrence, alongside solo episodes and BSG trainings focused on the real problems breaking your business. These are not highlight‑reel interviews; they are working sessions that connect story to structure so you can immediately apply what you hear to sales, marketing, leadership, and long‑term scale in your own company.

The podcast is hosted by Michael Anthony, founder of Unbroken Business Support Group and Think Unbroken, an entrepreneur, award‑winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host whose work sits at the intersection of business strategy, human performance, and leadership under pressure. Michael brings nearly 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurship to every conversation he built the Six Pillar framework from hard‑earned experience, has personally led hundreds of team members across sales, marketing, and operations, and has helped thousands of leaders convert adversity into strategic advantage. He started this podcast for one reason to help entrepreneurs and business owners tell themselves the truth, take ownership, and understand that they actually have the power to build the business of their dreams and impact the world.

For many of us the answer is no but for those of us who take it seriously and do the work the answer is yes. Just like a broken arm our wounds can heal. While our wounds the trauma may be emotional or mental when addressed with a care routine bonds can form and healing can take place. This podcast is not a replacement for mental health care. What to do when you change and everyone else doesn't Sep 30, 2019
    Show notes

In this episode I talk about what happens when your journey to health begins to take hold and the people around you don't "get it". The path we take in healing often means to remove ourselves from past behaviors and thoughts but what happens when you replace your old way of life with the new? It is not uncommon for many people to see that you are changing but some are not up for going on the ride with you, nor should they be. We all are on a different path. So what do you do when you start to change and everyone stays the same? This podcast is not a replacement for mental health care. Real Men Cry Sep 19, 2019
    Show notes

The fabric of modern western society has taken away the space for boys and men to be human beings. We are laughed at and mocked at any sign of emotion and yet we are told to be more compassionate and kind to our partners, friends and selves. The baseline for our experience is not reflective of the expectations of the world. In this episode I dive into my journey to learning how to cry, why I think it's important that men have a place to express emotions and how telling boys it's not OK to cry is destroying them. The Power of Words Sep 03, 2019
    Show notes

Have you ever wondered why certain words impact you in either positive or negative way? Have you found yourself allowed words to impact and change the direction of your day or even the course of your life. Words are a powerful tool in the journey of the adults survivor of childhood trauma. The words we use and that are used towards us are a reflection of ourselves. If we are the story that we tell ourselves then wouldn't it be true that the words in our story are just as important as the story itself? In this episode of The Michael Unbroken Podcast I explore the most powerful word in my life and how you can change the way that words impact you. I also created a workbook about the Power of Words to share with you that is a companion to this podcast. I created this workbook from a selection of the Think Unbroken Academy. You can download that workbook for free here: www.thinkunbroken.com/words This podcast will cover: Creating power statements around words, why the word broken should be stripped of our vocabulary, and a reminder to join the first online training for the Think Unbroken Academy. How ownership is the first step in healing childhood trauma and abuse Aug 29, 2019
    Show notes

The number one question that I get asked is how to start to heal from childhood trauma. The number one answer that I give people is ownership. What does ownership mean? In this episode of the Michael Unbroken Podcast I break down what ownership means, how to leverage your story to start your healing journey why it is through admitting that we were hurt that we can create the life that we want. Healing from childhood trauma and abuse is not easy but the journey begins with acknowledging that we are hurt and facing ourselves and our truth. There are so many different healing modalities and practices that you can implement in recovering from abuse but the most important is making a decision and a choice to own your past, present and future. In ownership comes a newfound lease on life and a new direction. This episode will cover: Ownership, reconciling your past, using your past to create your future, how the childhood trauma brain works, and a secret message at the end!
