Unbroken Business Support Podcast With Michael Anthony

The Unbroken Business Support Podcast is where serious entrepreneurs and business owners come to build real seven‑figure companies, not chase shortcuts or guru nonsense.

Every episode is built around the core BSG mission helping founders, executives, and operators embrace adversity, forge resilience, and install the structures required for a business that scales without breaking the person running it. We go deep into the full triad of business sales, marketing, and mission and then extend into leadership, teams and hiring, brand and positioning, AI and technology, and execution and systems, using the Six Pillar framework you run your business on in real life. This is where we turn pipeline chaos, team bottlenecks, and founder overwhelm into clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution so you can build a company that is dependent on processes, not personalities.

Inside the show, you will hear conversations and tactical breakdowns with some of the most respected operators, strategists, and creators in the game including Tom Bilyeu, Leila Hormozi, Vishen Lakhiani, David Meltzer, Gino Wickman, Amy Porterfield, Jenna Kutcher, Tim Storey, Damon Burton, Anthony Trucks, David Shands, and James Lawrence, alongside solo episodes and BSG trainings focused on the real problems breaking your business. These are not highlight‑reel interviews; they are working sessions that connect story to structure so you can immediately apply what you hear to sales, marketing, leadership, and long‑term scale in your own company.

The podcast is hosted by Michael Anthony, founder of Unbroken Business Support Group and Think Unbroken, an entrepreneur, award‑winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host whose work sits at the intersection of business strategy, human performance, and leadership under pressure. Michael brings nearly 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurship to every conversation he built the Six Pillar framework from hard‑earned experience, has personally led hundreds of team members across sales, marketing, and operations, and has helped thousands of leaders convert adversity into strategic advantage. He started this podcast for one reason to help entrepreneurs and business owners tell themselves the truth, take ownership, and understand that they actually have the power to build the business of their dreams and impact the world.

How personal boundaries change your life when you have CPTSD Jul 31, 2020
    Show notes

Boundaries for CPTSD and Trauma survivors are often looked at as parameters that we place around others for our safety and protection. Those boundaries are very important but they are not the only boundaries we should have in place. Why? Because for us to be successful in our healing journey we must give ourselves permission to heal by acknowledging that we are capable and then by forcing ourselves into executing the promises that we make to ourselves. We are often faced with reflecting on the idea of "if we have done enough." The truth is that while we may be heading in the right direction, we may also be missing out on some key pillars to make change permanent. In this episode, I talk about the practical steps that it takes to create change in your life. To know how we got to where we are, we must first understand our past. Next, we must decide what kind of future we want. Starting the process of healing trauma also involves writing goals. Then we have to reverse-engineer the life that we wish to have by identifying the first step to the path we want to take. Finally, we must invoke personal boundaries. It is very easy for trauma survivors to not understand that healing is possible because we have never put a game plan in place of had a trauma and CPTSD life coach to help guide us to success. Ultimately, if we want to overcome our past and heal our inner child then we must take action in holding ourselves responsible for following through. How to date and heal trauma at the same time. MWM Episode 1 Jul 28, 2020
    Show notes

Dating with trauma is such a hard road to walk. We often find ourselves seeking worth and validation, along with trust and love from our partners without first giving those requirements to ourselves. Dating with CPTSD requires a real intrinsic look at who you are and who you want to be and how you want to be in a relationship. If you didn't know, I am hosting Mondays with Michael, a complimentary small group coaching session each Monday night. In these sessions, we discuss a range of topics from the science of trauma, healing, and mindset to working through everyday problems like worth in relationships, dealing with unsupporting family members, and identifying and re-framing behavior patterns. In this episode of the Michael Unbroken Podcast, I pulled one of the conversations from MWM because I believe that as trauma survivors, we all want the same things: love, self-worth, value, and hope. In this conversation, we talk about all of that and more. You can listen to this episode by clicking the link below. Until next time my friend...Be Unbroken. -Michael p.s. If you haven't taken my free course at Think Unbroken Academy, you can still do that and learn if CPTSD is controlling your life!

Is CPTSD Controlling You Life? Jul 24, 2020
    Show notes

I recently said that childhood trauma, CPTSD, and abuse is both the cause and the solution to many of our problems in life. As a trauma coach, my job is to help you do what I have to do, and that is to figure out the underlying reason behind what is happening in your life. Of course, you may be wondering how a childhood filled with adverse experiences can be beneficial in the world. I don't look at this as something that makes your life better when I say solution I mean that understanding our past gives us the leverage and ability to change our present and future. The choices that we make in life are often a reflection of your past. Most trauma survivors don't recognize that it is our past experiences in mental, emotional, and physical abuse that lead us to where we are today. We are faced with living out the path that others laid in place of us, or worse; we don't understand that we can create change in our lives. We often leverage our past experiences to cop out of accountability and personal responsibility because let's face it; it is much easier to play the victim than it is to be the hero. I know that from personal experience. In this video, I talk about the power of understanding how your past experiences can be causing CPTSD, dissociation, unknown illnesses, and lack of personal power, and why educating yourself about the impact of your past is how you move through it. An Open Letter to America Jun 26, 2020
    Show notes

As a leader, I have to admit when I am wrong and when I have made a mistake. I have made a colossal mistake in light of the events of the last couple of weeks and done so to my embarrassment. As someone who has always prided himself on rational thinking and finding solutions to problems, I realized in the heat of the moment I did not act in alignment with principles. I posted an open letter titled Dear Racist White People, and I shot my shot way too low. In fact, so embarrassingly low that I regret even posting it. Perhaps regret is the wrong word. Let me explain. For mental health resources visit www.thinkunbroken.com

Asking for help as a surivor of trauma Mar 10, 2020
    Show notes

In this episode I talk about the most important thing that I did for myself in healing from trauma and that is asking for help. Many childhood trauma and abuse survivors are scared to ask for help or have an "I can do this on my own" mentality. The reality is that in order to continue to see progress or even get started we have to leverage our communities, teams, and those that are willing to support us. This episode is a little longer than usual as I really wanted to drive home some key points about how I implimented asking for help into my life and how through doing so everything changed. My thoughts on Kobe Bryant: The Death of Superman Jan 29, 2020
    Show notes

Kobe Bryant was Superman to some of us. To others he was just that basketball guy. The way he shaped the game and the mentality of winning and stepping into who you are has shaped the way that I and many others live our lives. The thing about life is that one moment you are alive and the next it's all over and what is left is your legacy. Not many will ever embody the idea that hard work pays off like Kobe Bryant and as a fan of the Indiana Pacers I hated watching the Lakers take us out year after year but in that I got to see greatness. It wasn't until I was an adult that I realized that Kobe won basketball games because he did the work. It was also in adulthood and more recently that I figured out that he was just getting started. There is no question that his mission was so much greater than sports and for a brief moment in time we got to witness that. I will always have to wonder how great he could have really been but I guess that legacy lives in each of us. That Mamba Mentality is now embedded in culture and in sports legacy. Even in greatness he was faced with human mistakes, we can't fail to take that into consideration but despite falling he did what he did best and rose again. I'll always be a Kobe Bryant fan and he'll always seem like Superman to me because well, he was. Mamba forever. Rest in Peace. And to the the families of those lost along with Kobe and his daughter my heart and my strength goes out to you. www.thinkunbroken.com/paperback
