Unbroken Business Support Podcast With Michael Anthony

The Unbroken Business Support Podcast is where serious entrepreneurs and business owners come to build real seven‑figure companies, not chase shortcuts or guru nonsense.

Every episode is built around the core BSG mission helping founders, executives, and operators embrace adversity, forge resilience, and install the structures required for a business that scales without breaking the person running it. We go deep into the full triad of business sales, marketing, and mission and then extend into leadership, teams and hiring, brand and positioning, AI and technology, and execution and systems, using the Six Pillar framework you run your business on in real life. This is where we turn pipeline chaos, team bottlenecks, and founder overwhelm into clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution so you can build a company that is dependent on processes, not personalities.

Inside the show, you will hear conversations and tactical breakdowns with some of the most respected operators, strategists, and creators in the game including Tom Bilyeu, Leila Hormozi, Vishen Lakhiani, David Meltzer, Gino Wickman, Amy Porterfield, Jenna Kutcher, Tim Storey, Damon Burton, Anthony Trucks, David Shands, and James Lawrence, alongside solo episodes and BSG trainings focused on the real problems breaking your business. These are not highlight‑reel interviews; they are working sessions that connect story to structure so you can immediately apply what you hear to sales, marketing, leadership, and long‑term scale in your own company.

The podcast is hosted by Michael Anthony, founder of Unbroken Business Support Group and Think Unbroken, an entrepreneur, award‑winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host whose work sits at the intersection of business strategy, human performance, and leadership under pressure. Michael brings nearly 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurship to every conversation he built the Six Pillar framework from hard‑earned experience, has personally led hundreds of team members across sales, marketing, and operations, and has helped thousands of leaders convert adversity into strategic advantage. He started this podcast for one reason to help entrepreneurs and business owners tell themselves the truth, take ownership, and understand that they actually have the power to build the business of their dreams and impact the world.

Nate Rifkin - Destroying Debt and Wealth Blocks With Daoist Meditation | Trauma Healing Coach Jan 10, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, we have guest speaker Nate Rifkin. When I had this conversation with Nate, so many parallels hit home to me in this way that it's tough for me to describe because I've never dived into the conversation about the money trauma that I have. Growing up homeless, poverty, watching bills, never get paid, the water turned off, the electricity turned off, heat and gas turned off, and just always going through this. And so, this conversation was so interesting because Nate talks about these parallels, which I think are incredibly important between your mindset, meditation, habits, and wealth. When Nate Rifkin began his journey, he was suicidal and drank alcohol every morning to get through the day. He dropped out of college, went broke, bankrupt, and even worked on street corners waving around a sign. However, Nate learned a little-known spiritual discipline that helped him transform his thoughts, emotions, financial life, and find love. He’s described his journey and the transformative practice he learned in his book, The Standing Meditation. Nate lives in Golden, Colorado with his lovely wife. This is one of my favorite episodes in a long time, I'm very excited about it. Take some time to listen to this episode because Nate brings you a tremendous amount of value today! -Be Unbroken. Jeff Wickersham - Rise, Fight, Love, Repeat | Trauma Healing Coach Jan 08, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I sit with my great friend, Jeff Wickersham. Jeff has an amazing story about creating massive change in his life after really hitting the pitfall that every one of us will face, and that's losing a parent. Unfortunately, he lost a parent to breast cancer, his mother. So this episode is a little bit emotional. So I'll give you a little bit of preface there, but it's super empowering, incredibly powerful, and in an episode that it's going to be near and dear to my heart for a long time. So you're in this position in your life, you're trying to figure out how you turn pain into purpose, you're trying to figure out this ethos, this idea of who you are and what you live by, you're trying to get into routines and habits to overcome loss, to go to the next level in your life, you're going to really enjoy this episode because Jeff gives out step-by-step game plans, tools, and practical tips to help you do that. I talk about this all the time on this show. You guys know how I feel about habits, routines, and goals, and sometimes I'm very pointed in them because it's such a part of my life. I have deep with Jeff today to help people understand how to leverage these tools, build them as skills and adapt them in your life, and then help them take you to the next level. So this episode is really powerful; I loved it a lot, we both got a little emotional here, and it's one that I'm going to remember for a very long time. So I'm very excited to share it with you; thank you as usual for being here! 5 Step Process To Changing Your Life | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach Jan 06, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I'm excited to talk to you about being the leader of your life. Leadership, I think about this and my leader in this space? Yes, but that has only come from being a leader and my own life first. I started this journey by deciding to take care of myself before anyone else. And if you've heard me talk about it, like that self-care, I'm going to do what I need before I do what you need always, that doesn't mean I'm not going to bring value, that doesn't mean I'm not going to show up that doesn't mean, I'm not going to be fired up and have the energy to create massive change. Today, I want you to go and listen to this episode because I just laid out a five-step process that will change your life forever! Neuro-Associations - Changing Your State | Trauma Healing Podcast Jan 04, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I talk about neuro-associations, how our associations with stimulus determine our behavior, and how the stronger our neuro-association is, the more likely we are either going to do something that makes us feel good because we're doing it out of pleasure or we will avoid things that could possibly be good for us because we are avoiding them out of pain. There is a reality that you have to understand and that you are simply having a neuro response to a stimulus. You have to change your state in the way that you are thinking about what is possible. Today, I will give you different examples tied to your understanding that you have a bond biological experience. What excites you? What gets you fired up? Where are you at your best? Where do you feel unstoppable? Just focus, listen and be ready to learn, and I will do my best to bring massive value to your life and your trauma healing journey!
