Unbroken Business Support Podcast With Michael Anthony

The Unbroken Business Support Podcast is where serious entrepreneurs and business owners come to build real seven‑figure companies, not chase shortcuts or guru nonsense.

Every episode is built around the core BSG mission helping founders, executives, and operators embrace adversity, forge resilience, and install the structures required for a business that scales without breaking the person running it. We go deep into the full triad of business sales, marketing, and mission and then extend into leadership, teams and hiring, brand and positioning, AI and technology, and execution and systems, using the Six Pillar framework you run your business on in real life. This is where we turn pipeline chaos, team bottlenecks, and founder overwhelm into clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution so you can build a company that is dependent on processes, not personalities.

Inside the show, you will hear conversations and tactical breakdowns with some of the most respected operators, strategists, and creators in the game including Tom Bilyeu, Leila Hormozi, Vishen Lakhiani, David Meltzer, Gino Wickman, Amy Porterfield, Jenna Kutcher, Tim Storey, Damon Burton, Anthony Trucks, David Shands, and James Lawrence, alongside solo episodes and BSG trainings focused on the real problems breaking your business. These are not highlight‑reel interviews; they are working sessions that connect story to structure so you can immediately apply what you hear to sales, marketing, leadership, and long‑term scale in your own company.

The podcast is hosted by Michael Anthony, founder of Unbroken Business Support Group and Think Unbroken, an entrepreneur, award‑winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host whose work sits at the intersection of business strategy, human performance, and leadership under pressure. Michael brings nearly 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurship to every conversation he built the Six Pillar framework from hard‑earned experience, has personally led hundreds of team members across sales, marketing, and operations, and has helped thousands of leaders convert adversity into strategic advantage. He started this podcast for one reason to help entrepreneurs and business owners tell themselves the truth, take ownership, and understand that they actually have the power to build the business of their dreams and impact the world.

Paul Gilmartin - Suicide, incest, vulnerability, and kindness | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Podcast Mar 18, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I'm very excited to be back with you with another episode, and today's guest is Paul Gilmartin, the host of Mental Illness Happy Hour. If you've ever had thoughts about suicide, this is an episode that you want to listen to. If you've ever had thoughts about whether or not someone in your family has been incestuous, this is an episode that you're going to want to listen to. If you've ever had thoughts that you might be addicted to substances, drugs, sex, video games, this is an episode that you're going to want to listen to. This conversation is probably the most vulnerable conversation I've had with anyone on the show. It's really powerful and impactful to me not only because I look up to Paul as a mentor and what he does in the podcasting space but also because as I continue to go forward with Think Unbroken in my own personal journey, it's super important to me that I step further and deeper into vulnerability and that's a conversation that we're going to have today. There's going to be some trigger warnings, you know, normally I don't throw them out here, but I'm going to today, I think it's important, you might get triggered, so make sure you do your self-care, make sure you do, whatever you do take care of yourself. But there is so much value in this episode, so much just grace and compassion and empathy and vulnerability that I think, if you don't listen to this episode, you're going to really miss out, and this is one that I will personally be listening to again. So I'm very excited! Just take a moment and listen to this episode, my friends! Jonathan Mills & Charlotte Stebbing-Mills - Health Theory | Mental Health Podcast Mar 16, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, we have guest speakers Jonathan Mills & Charlotte Stebbing-Mills, who run a company called Wellness Theory. We talk about the belt, sleep, nutrition, diet, stress, work, the whole nine, and this conversation is one of the first of many in-depth discussions that we're going to be having not with me in them particularly, but on the show about health. Because I recognized one of the things I want to do as we go forward with Think Unbroken is to teach you guys the same tools that I am learning in my life all the time. I will teach you about business, health, fitness, wealth, and wellness as we go forward. I'm going to teach you about trauma, I’m gonna teach you literally about everything that has helped me have my life be what it is today. Because I thought to myself, you know, there's a lot of shows that exist that only talk about trauma. I don't want to pigeonhole myself into that. The reason is that I know how important the vast array of all the information is in the human experience and if it were not for me, having mentors and all of these different areas wouldn't be where I am. So I want to give you guys that knowledge. So today, this conversation with Jonathan and Charlotte of Wellness Theory is going to be absolutely incredible! How to be friends with your body | Mental Health Podcast Mar 15, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I want to talk to you about something that I think about quite frequently, and that's this idea of being friends with your body. I will give you some of the tools that I've used to get really associated with my body, and these tools may be beneficial for you. I was thinking about this correlation between our physical and mental well-being. I believe that they are very much intertwined with each other, and I do not believe that you can have one without the other. Success isn't something that you chase is something you attract by being an attractive person. Remember, mindset, and the body goes together. Many things you can do for your mind; meditation, affirmations, reading, and all that kind of stuff, but you have to be friends with your body. As you’re listening right now, it’s time for you to create and massive change in your life! David Mulonas - Debt, Family, Money | Trauma Healing Coach Mar 14, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, we have guest speaker David Mulonas. David and I will have this really incredible conversation about debt, finances, money relationships. And in this conversation, I tried to wrap my head around what I believed that I needed when I started my journey of getting out of massive debt. David is a finance and personal money coach. I wanted to have them on the show to have this conversation because I know that there are people out there struggling right now like I was, and I thought to myself, if I had this kind of information 15 years ago, my life would have been very different. And what happened was I realized that there were some key elements to navigating debt that I didn't understand, so I started to get literate and money. So that said, this conversation will be really fascinating, and it's not a conversation of judgment; if you're in debt, please know, I have been there, and you're probably thinking, well, what does that have to do with trauma? I think it has a lot to do with it, and this isn't so much about the mindset or personal development around trauma as the show is typical. Still, I wanted to bring someone on to have this conversation because I believe it serves a greater purpose, helping you get an alignment with your future goals and what you want. So we're going to talk about debt, money relationships, credit cards, budgets; the whole nine is a really phenomenal episode! Unbroken Nation… Let's get into the show! What is Personal Agency | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Podcast Mar 12, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I want to talk to you about what it means to have personal agency. One of the key attributes that I believe is a part of the healing journey is recognizing and understanding the greatest sense of truth. I believe true healing that you'll ever discover is the idea that it is okay to say no; it is okay to say yes, to only the things you want to say yes and say no to. Have you ever noticed in your life that you have an incredibly difficult time saying yes or no to the things that you want to say yes or no, too? Listen Now as I dive into this episode! Vanessa Bennett and Dené Logan - Cheaper Than Therapy | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach Mar 11, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, we have two guest speakers today, Vanessa Bennett and Dené Logan, who are combined Cheaper Than Therapy. I love these two is amazing conversation, a lightning conversation, and a conversation that I think needs to be had in this healing space. We're going to talk a lot about identity, about what it's like to overcome and move through an existential crisis, we're going to talk about what it means actually to heal. We're going to talk about the impacts of our past who we are today, and this is just a phenomenal episode. When I'm going through an episode and having a conversation like this, it's really not only enthralling for me, but also it's impactful and in this way that makes me feel like, man, there are just other people who get this, we are on the same page, we're growing together, we are creating change together, we are teaching together, we're educating together. And if we can deliver massive value like this to people in the world, we can all timidly do what I believe we all need to do as people, and that's to heal. To be able to look in the mirror, love yourself, and recognize that… Yes, we all have flaws. Yes, we're all going to make mistakes. Yes, we're going to do that is uncharacteristic of who it is that we believe we are. We can learn, grow, change, and instead of being held down in stock and feeling like there's no possible way to continue to go forward, we find a way. I'm very excited to bring them to the show. So, what are you waiting for? Listen Now, and Let's get into the show! How to be the HERO of your story. Impact Theory Melon Minds Keynote | Trauma Healing Coach Mar 10, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I'm very excited to be back with you with today's episode, which is a little bit different than usual; it is a keynote that I did with Tom Bilyeu, Impact Theory, Discord Channel called “Melon Minds.” It was amazing because, as you know, I talk about Impact Theory pretty frequently on this show. Tom is one of my mentors and someone who's a community I always want to give back to. I've wanted to be able to share more of my Keynotes here, sometimes it's hard to get them, and sometimes there's legal obligations in which I can't, but this is not one of those case scenarios, and what started or what was supposed to be a 45-minutes keynote turned into over 2 hours with Q&A. It was an absolute pleasure at the beginning of it. There was a little bit of issue with the mic going, but once we got that rocking and rolling, we were off to the races, and it was amazing to be of service and serve people and hear these beautiful questions and give to this community. You know, generally speaking, when I go do a keynote, it's like 45 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes of Q&A, and that's a wrap. I had told Tom's team been specifically, I said, dude, I'll go as long as we want to, as long as people have questions to ask I will be here and I would have gone all day if they wanted to keep going, but you know, it's a Saturday afternoon. I think it's really beautiful when people show up because I'll tell you this, in the same way, that those people (you), for instance, who listen to this are going to find success. Those people who invest their time, effort, energy, or money into their lives will see the greatest differentiation between where they are now and where they want to be. So that said I'm very, very excited to be able to share this keynote with you, to be able to share a little bit more the inside of what it's like when I'm on stage and also be able to share what it's like to be in a live Q&A with me and this one's a longer one. So I hope that you will buckle up and strap in for this because it's going to be an amazing conversation! Come and Listen to Unbroken Nation!
