Unbroken Business Support Podcast With Michael Anthony

The Unbroken Business Support Podcast is where serious entrepreneurs and business owners come to build real seven‑figure companies, not chase shortcuts or guru nonsense.

Every episode is built around the core BSG mission helping founders, executives, and operators embrace adversity, forge resilience, and install the structures required for a business that scales without breaking the person running it. We go deep into the full triad of business sales, marketing, and mission and then extend into leadership, teams and hiring, brand and positioning, AI and technology, and execution and systems, using the Six Pillar framework you run your business on in real life. This is where we turn pipeline chaos, team bottlenecks, and founder overwhelm into clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution so you can build a company that is dependent on processes, not personalities.

Inside the show, you will hear conversations and tactical breakdowns with some of the most respected operators, strategists, and creators in the game including Tom Bilyeu, Leila Hormozi, Vishen Lakhiani, David Meltzer, Gino Wickman, Amy Porterfield, Jenna Kutcher, Tim Storey, Damon Burton, Anthony Trucks, David Shands, and James Lawrence, alongside solo episodes and BSG trainings focused on the real problems breaking your business. These are not highlight‑reel interviews; they are working sessions that connect story to structure so you can immediately apply what you hear to sales, marketing, leadership, and long‑term scale in your own company.

The podcast is hosted by Michael Anthony, founder of Unbroken Business Support Group and Think Unbroken, an entrepreneur, award‑winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host whose work sits at the intersection of business strategy, human performance, and leadership under pressure. Michael brings nearly 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurship to every conversation he built the Six Pillar framework from hard‑earned experience, has personally led hundreds of team members across sales, marketing, and operations, and has helped thousands of leaders convert adversity into strategic advantage. He started this podcast for one reason to help entrepreneurs and business owners tell themselves the truth, take ownership, and understand that they actually have the power to build the business of their dreams and impact the world.

Jonathan Le - Neuroscience of holistic health and wellness | CPTSD and Mental Health Podcast Jun 24, 2022
    Show notes

Did you know that it's possible to rewire the neuro pathways of your brain? Do you know about neuroplasticity? Do you know about how the amygdala and the hippocampus work? Do you know how to access your prefrontal cortex? I'm very excited about today's episode with my guest, clinical psychologist Jonathan Le, who is an absolute, incredible human being who has helped thousands of people be able to step into their healing journey. I invited Jonathan onto the show, so he could talk about many different things, including his H.E.N model, which he'll get into, as well as what I think is a really important and fascinating aspect of mental health that's not talked about a lot nor enough it is the bio psychological models including how to create a healthy and holistic healing approach. I really appreciated being able to have this conversation with Jonathan because even as someone who is deep into this mental health recovery, healing trauma overcoming game, this thing that we do here at Think Unbroken, I’m always want to learn, I'm always trying to develop new tools, I'm trying to have better understandings about the world, I'm always trying to get to what is next in life, and this conversation was absolutely phenomenal. So, I'm inviting you to come and check it out. Sit with us, listen, and take this in. And you may want to listen to this episode more than once because Jonathan will lay out some incredibly practical tools and understandings that I believe will benefit you on your journey. DJ Dramos - Listen for THE SECRET to Being Fulfilled | Mental Health Podcast Jun 22, 2022
    Show notes

What would you do if you had everything you ever wanted, everything you'd ever worked for, if you had paid all your dues, if you've sacrificed everything you needed to make your dreams come true, and then realize that maybe it's not for you. In today's episode, my guest is DJ Dramos, who you may know from the breakfast club. Now, if you know his story, you know that he's no longer with the breakfast club. One of the most syndicated daytime morning radio talk shows in the history of the radio. This conversation was really powerful because I think one thing that happens so often in someone's journey in this held true for Dramos is that we think we have everything that we want. And then, when we listen to ourselves and figure out how to build what we want, we finally have it. Sometimes we discover that it's actually truly the journey that fulfills us and not the destination. I am very excited to have this conversation with him today because it is enlightening for me, and I hope it will be for you. And I hope, if anything, it'll give you some inspiration to move towards creating the life you want to have and being the hero of your own story. So, without further ado, my friends let's get into the show. Learn More About Dramos at: https://www.dramos.com Learn more about Think Unbroken and Pre-Order my new book: Unbroken Man. Seth Erickson - Why Your STORY MATTERS | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach Jun 20, 2022
    Show notes

I'm very excited to share today's episode with my guest, Seth Erickson, a branding expert. I wanted to have Seth on, even though the show isn't necessarily entrepreneurial; as you guys have heard me say before, I always feel like this sense of freedom that comes with entrepreneurship and living your dreams really starts with your voice, your mission, your message, and this back and forth. Seth and I talk about the importance of the willingness to honor your voice, to hold your truth, and to put yourself out there even, especially when life is scary as it can sometimes be. And in my journey, I've found that the more I was willing to put myself out there, the more I was willing to face the possible criticism of the world, regardless of what they believe versus what I believe, the more sure-footed I've become in this experience. I hope that you'll take from this episode maybe a little hope or even a planting of a seed of an idea that your mission and your story truly do matter. And that storytelling is a beautiful way to convey that to the world! In this episode, I sit with my friend Mallisa J Vogel, a high-performance coach, author, and speaker who has arguably one of the craziest stories I've ever heard in my life. I don't even want to spoil it for you right now. Still, I'm going to tell you this like sitting here, being able to have this conversation today was like, I just had so many holy shits like, I cannot believe that happened to you moments that I'm speechless, I'll let you guys know I am fucking do this for a living. I'm always talking, coaching, and doing podcasts, and I just was like, wow, if you can overcome that – my audience, the Unbroken Nation, I need you to hear this as a reminder that no matter what we come from and what we've been through or where it is that we are today that we can still create and build the life that we want to have tomorrow, despite near death, despite poverty and homelessness, despite not being educated, despite surgeries and medical intervention, despite all of the chaos of the world, all the things that we may go through, all of the hurt, the suffering, the pain that we can still create and build the life that we want to have. This conversation was beautiful and powerful. Eric Zimmer - Overcoming Multiple Rock bottoms | Trauma Healing Coach Jun 15, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I am joined by my friend and fellow podcaster – Eric Zimmer, who is a behavioral coach, an author, and the host of the one you feed podcast, and he's on a mission that is inspired to have a greater understanding of how our minds work and how to create the lives we want to live intentionally. At twenty-four years old, Eric was homeless, addicted to heroin, and facing a long prison sentence. It's an honor to have him on the show to talk about his journey; he has struggled with addiction and struggled through hitting rock bottom multiple times, his struggles in trying to figure out who he was. As someone who has gone through the throws of trying to figure out identity, I parallel Eric in many ways. This conversation is heartfelt, honest, vulnerable, and beautiful. I was lucky enough to be a guest on his show, and it's an honor to have him here on Think Unbroken to share his journey and story with you, the Unbroken Nation. I know you'll get so much out of this because I certainly did, and it's a conversation I'll remember forever. Jon Gordon - The Power of Positive | CPTSD and Mental Health Podcast Jun 13, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, today's guest – Jon Gordon. He's a best-selling author and international speaker. He's written twenty-four books, one of them which is called the “Energy Bus,” sold over two million copies, he's a graduate from Cornell, he's a master and teaching from emery, and he is just a powerhouse of a human being. His story and journey are like ones, not just all of these really incredible cool accouterments to the human experience but a lot of struggle and scary long nights and being dramatically in debt and losing it all but the willingness to figure it out and keep going. I felt so inspired after this conversation with Jon because it was just such a reminder when I was kind of in this little bit of a dark place a few months ago, where it was like keep going, just keep going, just keep going, like I tell you guys all the time there's always light, there's always light at the end of the tunnel. It holds true in my life; I see a whole truth in people's lives every day, and it holds true here for Jon and his story. I hope you'll take out of the conversation I have with Jon here today that self-belief is everything. I know that can be difficult to navigate sometimes, especially when life feels hard, daunting, meticulous, difficult, and sad. We suffer and go through the throws of all of the things that are the human experience. Still, if you're willing to hold on to the truth that betting on yourself and following through and doing whatever it takes will create a massive change in your life, that is exactly what will happen, and that's the conversation I have with Jon today. It was really beautiful timing for me because a few months ago, I felt well like, you know what is the point of Think Unbroken, what is the point of killing myself over building this, what is the point of everything? And it was just being in the crux of a lot of transition in my life and filling not necessarily depressed but just kind of a little blue and feeling like, okay, get back into the tools, get back into the habits into the routines and the beliefs and keep just executing and going forward and then I look at the kind of the last four months and it's been absolutely incredible. You know, sitting here in the new studio with you, having just spoken to New York City, having a billboard of me there, which is really crazy, working on the next book, the Men's Coaching Group Program it's about to launch. So, many really, really cool things are happening, and it's just again a testament to executing against the tools and recognizing that we will all have bad days still, there's always light; if you're willing to bet yourself and keep going then that's a lot of what Jon and I discussed in today's conversation on the podcast. I would read an excerpt of the book, but I don't think I would do justice because Jon's energy is unbelievable, his thought about life is unbelievable, and it was an honor to sit down with him and have this conversation. Dr. Kelli Palfy - Male Sexual Abuse | Trauma Healing Podcast Jun 10, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, I speak with Doctor Kelli Palfy, a registered psychologist specializing in working with adult male survivors of sexual abuse. Prior to becoming a psychologist, she was an RCMP officer who worked in the Integrated Child Exploitation Unit, part of the Behavioral Sciences Unit of the RCMP. As many of you know, one of the subjects that I've brought to this show, my career and books that I have written, articles that I have published, podcasts that I've been on, and other appearances is the fact that when I was a child, I was sexually abused. I had this moment where I did not share it for a very long time, and once I did what happened, I was told never to talk about it; this would damage our family, and we will lose support from people who were supporting us and so on. This conversation that I have today with Doctor Kelli Palfy is about exposing not only this subject matter to society at a greater scale in depth but also looking at a lot of the ways that boys specifically fall into sexual abuse, how they are groomed, how they are cold, how society doesn't talk about it or looks the other way and then how we create space for male survivors to finally have this conversation, to find community, to find help, to find guidance, to find ultimately a way to be able to move through this and not let it be that hidden thing that stops you from finding love, compassion, empathy, hopes, success and whatever else it is that you may need in your life. So, I greatly appreciate her coming on and sharing not only her life's work in this subject matter but also helping me move towards bringing this closer to the light not only through the show but also in my own personal life and on this healing journey. It's my honor and privilege to have these hard conversations because I know that someone listening today is going to find the support they need. You may be able even to give that person, and you may not know what that support by sharing this because of the day may through the secrecy of navigating what has happened in their life. Be willing to sit, and listen to this conversation and I hope that holds true. Come and Join Us!
