Viral video creator Briony Benjamin had been feeling off for a while. She thought she was just getting old, but her mum knew better. A couple of tests later Briony found out she had cancer and immediately began treatment. Soon after, she sought to document the rollercoaster of emotions. In this chat Briony shares some of some essential lessons from the experience, including how to approach pain, the struggle of losing hair, and importantly, how you should respond to news of a cancer diagnosis. It’s an important insight into understanding how to support our loved ones when they're doing it tough.

Introducing my right hand woman and business partner, Grace McBride.

From an early age Grace was convinced that fitness was not part of her identity. So when I wanted to start a running program for women, she thought it was a good idea but flat-out refused to take part.

Until one day, Grace realised, in order to work on the project she'd need to reluctantly sign up. What happened next changed her entire perspective and approach to challenges in her life.

"Running is proof I can do hard things", Grace says.
