The NBA Finals tip-off tonight as Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta make their pick for Race to Ten Thursday. Harry has put a lot of thought into this pick and is going with the Celtics as they have the hot hand and have been good on the road and Brother Bri agrees as the Warriors might be rusty to start the game. The guys make their picks on who will win the series and MVP, will anyone take the Celtics over the Warriors?

Legendary broadcaster Kevin Harlan joins the show to discuss his strategy in calling blowouts during these NBA playoffs, calling the glue lady protest, and how flopping has increased in the NBA. Kevin gives his prediction for the NBA Finals and then also gives a call of Harry playing basketball.

Next, after a big Game 1 win against Tampa Bay, producer Eddie Spaghetti is very confident in his Rangers and has a message to all the haters. Sal asks the guys which is the most obnoxious group of fans left in the playoffs- Boston Celtics or New York Rangers? Cousin Sal starts the show announcing the winner of this week’s Prop Quiz as producer Babyface Joel Solomon adds another Gold Hat to his collection, while Brother Bri still awaits his first. Then the Degenerate Trifecta and Sal give out their FanDuel NBA Finals player series specials as Harry is expecting big scoring from Klay Thompson in this series.

Next, the gang recaps a wild Game 1 of the NHL’s Western Conference Finals between the Avalanche and Oilers and gives their picks for the Eastern Conference Finals Game 1 between the Rangers and Lightning. Then NHL veteran and NHL on TNT analyst Anson Carter joins the show to discuss fighting during his career, which style of playoff hockey he prefers, and how Jacob Trouba’s physical play has helped change the Rangers playoff chances. Anson also discusses why being a hockey player in Canada is like being a superstar, his favorite jersey in the NHL, and working with Wayne Gretzky.

The gang recaps Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Celtics and Heat as Parlay Kid likes Jimmy Butler being aggressive and not hesitating at the end of the game. The NBA Finals are set but should the Warriors be favored in the series?

The kickoff to the NFL season is 100 days away and to celebrate former NFL executive, author, and host of the GM Shuffle podcast, Michael Lombardi joins the guys to discuss the latest with the Cleveland Browns and Deshaun Watson situation. The Golden State Warriors are back in the NBA Finals as the guys recap the Western Conference Finals and if Steph Curry was the most deserving player of the Magic Johnson Western Conference Playoffs MVP trophy. Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta discuss the latest on other NBA topics including Mark Cuban’s thoughts on the play-in round leading to more injuries in the playoffs, James Worthy criticizing today’s players, and Zion Williams being cleared to play basketball again.

Then it’s over to the NHL Playoffs as the Edmonton Oilers eliminate the Calgary Flames in a very exciting, high-scoring series. Parlay Kid loves the more NHL passionate fans and breaks down the different styles of play we’ve seen in each conference. The guys make their picks for tonight’s Avalanche/Blues games. Plus, they give out their Sharp Tank picks as Parlay Kid likes the NY Rangers at home but will it be enough to convince Sal?

Celtics/Heat Game 5 Picks and Props, Race to Ten, Trouba Hit II and Canelo/GGG III May 25, 2022

Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta are back to recap yet another NBA blowout in the playoffs as the Mavericks had a huge lead against the Warriors in Game 4, but Brother Bri was hit by the Gambling Gods as they only won by 10 after he bet the Mavs to win by 11.4. The Parlay Kid says if it wasn’t for wagering these games wouldn’t be worth watching.

The guys discuss last night’s huge comeback by the Mets down 8-2 and rallying to take the lead, only to lose in the bottom of the ninth to the Giants. Despite the loss, Sal likes what he sees. Harry likes the Mets odds over the Yankees odds right now, and Parlay Kid isn’t worried about the Red Sox who have won six in a row.

Then it’s a preview of a huge Game 5 between the Celtics and Heat as Brother Bri makes his pick for Race to Ten; but does Harry agree with him? Parlay Kid likes Max Strus to step up for a banged-up Heat them and has him in a prop bet but is taking the Celtics to win in a close game.

Over to the NHL playoffs, the Rangers even their series against the Hurricanes as Eddie once again defends a controversial hit by Jacob Trouba. Parlay Kid looks to break his Extra Points pick losing streak by keeping it simple in the Blues/Avalanche game.

Finally, the Canelo/GGG Trilogy fight is set for September 17th and the Against All Odds crew give their early thoughts.

Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta recap a good night of NBA betting but Harry still finds a way to be upset even when he wins. Heat/Celtics Game 4 provided yet another NBA playoffs blowout as the guys discuss how good this Golden State Warriors team is historically and the competition in this year’s playoffs.

Then they preview Game 4, Warriors @ Mavericks as Dallas looks to avoid a sweep and the Against All Odds crew looks to avoid losing four in a row on Race to Ten Tuesday. Brother Bri picks Dallas as he predicts them to come out hot with a sense of urgency. Harry also likes Dallas in the first quarter; Harry and Parlay Kid like Reggie Bullock prop overs as he looks to bounce back after an 0-10 performance in Game 3.

Then it’s over to the NHL Playoffs as the Tampa Bay Lightning finish off the Florida Panthers and advance. The guys give out their bets for tonight’s games between Carolina @ NY Rangers and Calgary @ Edmonton.

Monday Night NBA/NHL Bets, Betaches, Good News and Bad News for Brother Bri & a Harry Wedding Ring Update May 23, 2022

Cousin Sal starts the show with bad news and good news for Brother Bri; he still hasn’t won an Extra Points Gold Hat but he did pick the Preakness winner correctly with Early Voting. Plus more good news, Harry found his wedding ring which he had the whole time in his computer bag.

The guys jump into their weekend Betaches as Harry loses an 8-team parlay in which he hit his lacrosse bets but lost on hockey. Plus, Mavericks’ Reggie Bullock gets a huge Duh after getting zero points on 0-10 shooting. Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta discuss that despite Luka’s big game he had no support or help from the bench as the NBA playoffs continue to be hard to handicap. Plus, updated odds on the Warriors to win the NBA Championship.

Then a preview of Game 4 between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat as Brother Bri expects a blowout and Harry is looking to take some unders on player props. Next, Monday night NHL playoff bets and the Mets continue to stay hot. Finally, Parlay Kid wants an update on if Harry is thinking about having kids.

Preakness picks, Cynical Sal on betting NBA Playoff Blowouts and Harry goes off on Nick Saban May 20, 2022

Harry had a rough night as he lost more than just sports bets; he can't find his wedding ring and apparently the buttons on his shirts. Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta get right to a PGA Championship update and recap the Celtics/Heat game which was another blowout as they discuss why there have been so many bad games this year.

Cynical Sal is now a believer in these two extremes and bets the Mavericks/Warriors game that way, while Harry likes Luka to bounce back and have a big game. The guys look at the Conference MVPs swings after the Celtics were able to win Game 2 in Miami.

The Mets announced Max Scherzer will be out for up to two months but Parlay Kid doesn’t think the Mets need to panic, plus updated NL Cy Young odds. Then it's quick talk of the NHL Playoffs and Harry goes off on Nick Saban after he accused Texas A&M of paying for all their players.

The guys close things out with their picks for The Preakness as Sal thinks Secret Oath has a huge advantage that he discovered.

PGA Championship Bets with Paul Koehorst, Western Conference Finals Game 1, Brother Bri hits 9 picks in a row May 18, 2022

It was another tough loss on Race to Ten Tuesday but that hasn’t stopped Brother Bri who has won 9 in a row. Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta recap the NBA Draft Lottery Order selection as Sal leaves the Orlando Magic out of his bet and they of course get the number one overall pick.

They recap Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals as the undermanned Celtics lose to the Miami Heat as not having Marcus Smart and Al Horford made a big difference but Harry says Jimmy Butler is playing at a different level in the playoffs. Sal reads a fan e-mail crushing Harry for all the times he has mushed a team.

Then it’s a preview of tonight’s Western Conference Game 1 between the Mavericks and Warriors as Brother Bri likes a Warriors 3rd Quarter bet; plus the guys all give out their MVP pick as Parlay Kid and Sal both go with Luka while Harry and Brother Bri take long shots from the Warriors.

Author Paul Koehorst joins the show to discuss the PGA Championship as he gives out his best bets, who will win, and why this is the most fun Open championship in golf.

Race to Ten Tuesday, Game 1 Celtics @ Heat, ECF Larry Bird MVP, Will the Knicks once again get screwed in the NBA Draft Lottery Order? May 17, 2022

The NBA Draft lottery order will be selected tonight and the guys know the Knicks will be screwed again and not get a higher pick. Cousin Sal wishes he could bet on this. It’s Race to Ten Tuesday and the Parlay Kid is making the pick on the first game of the Eastern Conference Finals, Boston @ Miami.

The guys then make their Game 1 bets and also make their pick for the Larry Bird MVP of the Eastern Conference playoffs, Parlay Kid goes with a longshot in Jaylen Brown at +950. Then the guys make some bets for the second round of the NHL Playoffs as Parlay Kid continues to believe in the talented Florida Panthers. Finally, Harry closes things out with his thoughts on the latest season of American Idol and declares Clay Aiken the best voice in the show’s history.
