Each category is covered in detail and is capped off with a closing tip that you can use to develop in that area. Heres a list of each attribute and the closing tip you can put into place:

Kicking Precision – Practice instep striking with both feet
Physical – Be consistent in your workouts
Quick Reactions - Put priority on being set and balanced
Throwing - Know your range AKA practice at home and in team practice
Technique - Be more mindful of controlling your body
Mental IQ – Ask why!!!
