    Tim Conway Jr. on Demand

Tim Conway Jr. can be heard live Monday–Friday from 6pm–10pm on KFI AM 640 and everywhere on the iHeartRadio App.

Follow the show on socials @ConwayShow.

Tim Conway Jr. brings his signature humor to breaking news, Los Angeles current events, Orange County stories, Riverside County headlines, the Inland Empire, live police chases, freeway traffic, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, the big sports stories of the day, politics, gambling, and everything happening across Southern California. With his finger on the pulse of what’s happening in SoCal and beyond, Conway delivers funny, fast-moving talk radio every weeknight on KFI AM 640.

Heard by listeners across the country and around the world on the iHeartRadio App, Conway’s humor, storytelling, and take on the current news of the day connect with audiences far beyond Southern California. His perspective is local, but his comedy, curiosity, and down-to-earth view of life translate across cultures, communities, and languages.

Tim Conway Jr. was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the son of iconic comedy legend Tim Conway of The Carol Burnett Show. He spent his childhood around Santa Anita, Hollywood Park, and Del Mar Racetracks with his father, four younger brothers, and older sister — experiences that helped shape his humor, storytelling, and down-to-earth perspective on life.

During his early career, Conway produced his own internet radio show and, thanks to its popularity, was offered the opportunity to host a talk show on 97.1 KLSX-FM. Over twelve successful years, his show became famous across Southern California for entertaining topics, live police chases, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, sports, and current events with a twist of humor. In 2009, when KLSX switched to an all-music format, Conway joined KFI AM 640, continuing to bring listeners his unique comedic perspective on breaking news, politics, gambling, history, sports, entertainment, and life in SoCal.

Throughout his career, Conway has been featured on Fox 11, CBS, NBC, and ABC, and has received numerous industry honors including a Golden Mic Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award, and a Marconi Award nomination for Personality of the Year. When he’s not entertaining listeners, Conway enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local charities, and hanging out at the racetracks.

    Show notes

Tim Conway Jr. Show Hour-1 (7.9)

Andy Reismeyer is filling in for Tim Conway Jr. and this one's an absolute vibe. He breaks down the lost art of the guitar solo and why it still matters to music culture, then confesses how he once joined a youth group camp and shredded a solo just to get close to a girl. We've all been there.

From there it only gets better. Andy tackles the mystery of the office chairs nobody can seem to adjust, survives another brutal heatwave, and delivers a weather report you didn't know you needed, all while giving props to Leo Stallworth for his low-key poetic news storytelling.

Then things get nostalgic and a little chaotic. Andy digs into the closing of Fiesta Village Family Fun Park in Colton and what that means for a generation of teens losing a rite of passage, plus the wild local legend connecting it to the origins of Taco Bell. He closes it out with the unhinged shenanigans he and his friends pulled as kids, including the classic fake-thumbnail-in-the-salsa restaurant stunt.

It's funny, it's real, it's peak Southern California radio. Hit play, laugh out loud, and pass it to a friend who needs it.

Rat Super Highway in Boyle Heights — It’s a Rodent Woodstock! Jul 09, 2026
    Show notes

The Andy Riesmeyer Show Hour 1 (7.8)

The ceasefire is over! Trump declares the US deal with Iran finished after the IRGC launched new airstrikes on commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. He doesn’t think it’ll escalate to full-scale war, but notes that as part of the original agreement, Iran can no longer charge service fees for ships passing through. Trump also explained why he’s flying the old Air Force One back from Turkey instead of the new one, openly acknowledging “I’m No. 1 on the kill list for Iran.”

In Boyle Heights, rats are on the move after the massive cold-storage warehouse fire at Linear Logistics left 85 million pounds of food rotting. The new daylighting laws kick in across LA — no more parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk — and Fryman Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains is now charging for parking on the San Fernando Valley side. Meanwhile, concerns are growing about a possible cancer cluster in the Orange County neighborhood of Ladera Ranch, drawing comparisons to the elevated cancer rates near the old Santa Susana Field Lab in Simi Valley.

We’re Begging for Begley, the Real Mr. Ed Who We Love and Adore Jul 09, 2026
    Show notes

The Andy Riesmeyer Show Hour 2 (7.8)

Actor and longtime environmentalist Ed Begley Jr. and his daughter Hayden Begley call in to chat with Andy about their upcoming benefit performance of David Auburn’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Proof” at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood, running July 23–26. The production holds special meaning as it marks the 10-year anniversary of Ed’s Parkinson’s diagnosis. Ed also reflects on his decades-long environmental advocacy — from warning about pollution, microplastics, and sustainability since the 1970s to his innovative home-building tricks like using shredded blue jeans for insulation.

Meanwhile, families in Ladera Ranch, Orange County, are raising alarms over a cluster of children diagnosed with the rare bone cancer Ewing sarcoma, with five families in the community of about 25,000 affected and questions swirling about possible links to pesticides.
