EP 472: How long does alcohol stay in my body after I stop drinking? Mar 19, 2022
    Show notes

There are many factors that determine how long alcohol stays in the body because, of course, we are all different. Our bodies are different sizes, our tolerance levels are different, the length of time we’ve been drinkers is different, etc. And to throw one more complicated difference in the mix, our brains and how they compensate for the presence of alcohol are different.

Join Annie as she introduces an analogy that demonstrates how the brain compensates for the presence of alcohol even before we drink in order to attempt overall balance in our very different bodies.

It means that every single day throughout the book there are deep reflective journal entries that have been added with space to write which is so cool and so exciting. So you really make it your own. And, the reason I did this is because I truly believe that the deepest wisdom you will access throughout the 30 days of The Alcohol Experiment comes from within you.
