Chad wasn’t sure so it was time to have Trainer Rob back in the studio to discuss everything related to VO2, breathing, lung capacity, heart rate, recovery, and what it takes to improve all of this! We discuss the top athletes in the world who have the best VO2 including marathon runners, swimmers, boxers, MMA Fighters, Tour De France Bike Riders, and Nordic Skiers. Keeping the oxygen in your blood and being able to use your muscles throughout your body while throwing punches, doing the freestyle or backstroke, riding a bike up a slight incline, etc. All of these are ways to test your VO2, but some tests can be conducted to get you to an exact number!
