This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind by discussing Episode 6 of Season 2, “Blood the Boy”!
Last episode, the ladies hypothesized the Duttons were poised for an explosive moment and boy did this episode deliver. This week, we discuss Jamie’s reaction to being confronted with the consequences of his actions (you remember, spilling all the tea about John to Sarah the reporter). Also, we talk about Jimmy’s new talent; Walker’s trip to the train station (and why Kayce takes a different approach); the Becks stirring the pot to the boiling point; and the broader themes surrounding Tate’s first hunting trip. And so much more!

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind by discussing Episode 5 of Season 2, “Touching Your Enemy”!
In this episode, the ladies discuss the Rip and Beth backstory flashbacks as well as the mounting tension across the Yellowstone landscape. Everyone and everything feels poised for a big explosion – maybe literally, maybe figuratively. Also, we discuss Beth’s moment where she wonders about the land before the Duttons took it over …
Which is great timing for the newest announcement from the creators of Yellowstone, Y:1883! We don’t know a lot from the 10 second trailer that aired during the Super Bowl, but we do know this Prequel Series is about how the Dutton’s fled poverty and settled down roots in Montana. To say we are excited is an understatement! Watch this space for more as we learn about it!

In this episode, the ladies discuss Cattle Battle 2.0 and all the destruction. Also, the bad sign Kayce seems to have been born under for the events that happened on his FIRST day as a Livestock Agent; the Yellowstone’s new neighbor, more Beck shenanigans, and so much more!

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind by discussing Episode 3 of Season 2, “The Reek of Desperation”!
“Zone of Death”
In this episode, the ladies discuss an alleged “Zone of Death” along the western edge of the Yellowstone National Park in Idaho where there is a legal loophole where it may be possible to get away with murder. We have a theory that this is where the train station is (check out the picture and let us know what you think). Also, we discuss the introduction of the Beck Brothers and Sheila does a deep dive character analysis on them based on their office decor. Elsewhere, we talk about Kayce letting Monica slip through his fingers, Dan and Rainwater’s really big check, and Jamie’s reaction to learning his father has a new candidate for AG. This is an action packed episode, join us for the discussion!

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind of Season 2 by discussing Episode 202, “New Beginnings”!
In this episode, the ladies discuss Monica’s new role as college professor and the benefits it affords her, and how this new life allows her to move farther away from Kayce. We missed Jenkins and Jamie this episode, so we give you our best guesses as to what they’re up to. This was a Rip heavy episode for us as so we discuss Rip’s anger management problems with Walker and the leadership crisis with Kayce. Also, Beth doing what Beth does and So. Much. More!

This week, Sheila and Stef begin their rewind of Season 2 by breaking down the season premiere, “A Thundering”!
As Season 2 begins in this week’s Yellowstone Rewind, we discuss the return of John’s health problems and the impact this has on the Dutton’s plans. Also, we discuss Monica’s new job and how her and Kayce’s already bad relationship seems to be worse than we left it in Season 1. We are confused, yet intrigued, by Beth’s “Operation: Build a Moat”. We discuss all of this and so much more!

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind of Season 1 by breaking down Episode 8, “The Unraveling Part 1”! This is part one of Season 1’s 2-part season finale.
In this week’s episode, we talk about Rip’s heartbreaking origin story which was finally revealed in this episode while we wonder why everyone is much more concerned about the dead bear than the 2 dead hikers. Trespassing really is frowned upon, apparently. Also, we discuss some theories as to why John is seemingly spiraling out of control, what we think of Beth’s plan to go after Dan Jenkins’ finances (and his marriage), and so much more!

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind of Season 1 by breaking down Episode 7, “A Monster Is Among Us”!
In this week’s episode, we are worried not only about Monica’s extensive head injury y’all but Kayce’s increasing emotional duress. Also, we talk about the peek into Beth’s backstory and how it forms who she is, John’s increasing isolation and paranoia, and the ongoing dance of Jenkins’ and Rainwater’s plan to overthrow the Duttons. Oh, and that last scene with Rip, the wayward tourists, and an angry bear … ay ay ay.

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind of Season 1 by breaking down Episode 6, “The Remembering”!
This week’s episode was the Monica show. Monica and John have maybe their first real conversation ever, and walk away with a better understanding of each other. She also sustains a horrific head injury. Not a great day for Monica. On the other side of Monica and Kayce, we ponder the source of dislike between Rip and Kayce. And there is more dysfunction in the Dutton family between Beth and Jamie, and Jamie learning about John’s cancer from the Governor. Sigh. So much dysfunction.
