Rodeo and Juliet Jul 12, 2019

Show notes

Dan, Kate and Chad watch Xmas slowly encroach on the frontier of its influence in this very, VERY poor kinda sorta not really adaptation of Shakespeares "Romeo and Juliet". It's a terrible mess, if you watch it just skip to the end for the good Barrel Racing.

Stranger Things was great by the way.

A Veterans Christmas Jul 04, 2019

Show notes

Dan, Kate and Chad SUPPORT OUR TROOPS on THE 4TH cause we planned ahead and definitely didn't get the date wrong and have to switch this episode with a different episode last minute. This one is surprisingly good. I'd write more but Stranger Things 3 is out and I have to watch it on repeat for the next two weeks.

The Christmas Detour Jun 27, 2019

Show notes

Dan, Kate, and Chad gotta get back, back to the past to find... CCB's first Hallmark! Within, they figure out how to pronounce her name–probably.

Here's the video we watch during the episode.

The Christmas Card Jun 20, 2019

Show notes

Dan, Kate, and Chad stumble into the unfamiliar The Christmas Card from all-too-familiar time: an era before the infection, before the burnt-black X of the Hall Mark. Here, was a run-of-the-mill Christmas TV movie; one outside of the dense crust of Christmasland, where men were men, troops were heroes, and the only festive darkness was the darkness in America's heart. Welcome back to the War on Terror, baybee!

The Christmas Spirit Jun 13, 2019

Show notes

Daniel, Kate and Chad learn all about Christmas Coma Ghosts and their absurd, situational rules in this movie that is DEFINITELY not "The Spirit of Christmas". Evil business men, magic electric powers, child lead ghost cults and more, it gets so, so weird.

Journey Back to Christmas Jun 06, 2019

Show notes

Daniel, Kate, and Chad travel back to the 1940s to... really just go back to the present and watch a pretty by-the-numbers fish out off water Hallmark. Comet doesn't really make sense. Hit us up on Patreon.

A Gingerbread Romance May 30, 2019

Show notes

Daniel, Kate and Chad enter a realm as thin as a gingerbread house, as hollow as a gingerbread house, impermanent as a gingerbread house. Would you believe it's a gingerbread house? A poor single father is forced to work for free during his vacation crafting a massive Xmas Gingerbread House to satisfy that one twin from that one Disney show and thwart her lesbian lover.

A Shoe Addict's Christmas May 23, 2019

Show notes

Daniel, Kate, and Chad fall fast for festive footwear-focused film A Shoe Addict's Christmas. Is CCB's Noelle really addicted to shoes? Nope. Has her obsession for heels ruined her life? Not really. Is it kinda messed up that people throw around "addict" so casually? It is!
