    The Baseball Barista with Hunter Pence & Grant Brisbee go inside the All-Star Game, all the festivities and what made it so special to Hunter. Hunter was a 4 time All-Star and it was a big moment in his baseball career to get the nod. The guys talk about how it was interesting when the ASG was about home-field advantage and how it really meant more to some player then others. He talks about some of his favorite and least favorite moments from his All-Star experiences. He was one of the guys who always went hard and really cared about being part of the game. They talk about how Shohei Ohtani is gonna hit and pitch in the ASG and how special of a season he is having. Hunter talks about how the ASG experience has changed over the years and how baseball has made it really into a big event. They both give their thoughts about their favorite All-Star moments as fans. Hunter talks about the atmosphere in the dugouts during the game and what conversations were going on between what players when he was there. Hunter talks about his favorite All-Star Game as a player and the reasons why it meant so much to him. And they give their predictions for the game and the HR Derby.

They talk about unsung 1st half players, why bullpens are so important and why you should avoid the Rays if they call you for a trade. The guys talk about how impressive the Giants have been this season so far, along with the Dodgers and Padres. They talk about some of the unsung players on some of the top teams in baseball in the first half of the season. They talk about pitching is contagious kinda like hitting, especially in bullpens. Hunter thinks putting more money into bullpens makes more sense in baseball right now. They talk about how if the Rays call you and are interested in a player, you should hang up and keep those players. The Rays and the Giants are very similar in their systems and how they are doing things with trades/pick ups. And they talk about how the Giants have been a big surprise and who is their biggest unsung player.
