One of the most famous UFO sightings in the history of the United States happened on March 13th, 1999 in Phoenix, Arizona. It's been one of the cases at the forefront of contemporary UFO conversations ever since. A number of bright lights, resembling a massive craft, were seen by thousands of Arizonians that night, and photographic and video evidence was collected.
Air Force pilots, retired cops, random citizens, all the way to the governor of Arizona reported seeing the lights, and retold what they saw. On this week's episode of The What If? Podcast, we dive into what may have actually happened that night. A visit to his vehicle in a parking lot late one night that included strange, awkward children that possessed all black eyes, demanding entrance to his car. This set off an internet firestorm of stories from all over the world, regarding encounters of similar sorts. Pale children, visiting people, and demanding entrance to their homes and cars, creating an impending sense of fear or doom, and disturbing the victims.

In the mid-60's, an Italian priest and scientist is supposed to have invented one of the greatest and most mind-blowing devices in history. The Chronovisor. A cabinet decked out with tubes, levers, wires, and antennas, the Chronovisor supposedly let its users tap into history by traveling back to high volumes of electromagnetic signals left in time and space.
