    Welcome to The Warrior School Podcast – THE podcast for women who train.

    Warrior Schools mission is to completely redefine how you train, and how you see exercise and life. Myself, and tons of experts, will help you learn how to play (and win) the new game in women’s health and fitness as a woman in her 30s, 40s and beyond.

    You’ll find tons of info on training, nutrition, hormones, female physiology and mindset to help you build a strong foundation and prepare your body (and mind) well for this second stage of your life.

After a decade touring the world as Australia's elite burlesque performer, model, creative director and social media entrepreneur; Sina King has become an expert on the way of the confident woman and embodying feminine energy.     Today, my guest is Author and Nutrition Coach, Kate Deering. Kate coaches stressed out people on how to optimise a slow running metabolism. I wanted to put Kate in the hot seat to talk about hormones and the importance of progesterone. So, we actually kicked off the podcast talking about me, and my allergies! We then talked about vitamin D supplementation (a controversial topic in the metabolic space). And we ended our conversation talking about the hormonal changes that happen during peri-menopause.

    My guest today is psychologist Elise McNeil. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Elyse for almost 10 years. Elyse is just finishing her PhD on Mental Load. And she recently just became a Mama to her son Rex. I really wanted to put Elyse in the hot seat and ask her all about how we can powerfully share the load in our relationships so we can thrive as a family unit.
