    Show notes

The returning Jack Pitt-Brooke and James Maw join host Danny Kelly after yet another defeat for Spurs.

This time, though, it was a bit different. Unlike recent months, Spurs played well in the first half rather than the second and went 2-0 up against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. But four second-half goals saw Antonio Conte’s side lose 4-2.

Another poor performance from Hugo Lloris prompts the question: should he be dropped?

And the panel discuss whether ENIC would actually sanction the sale of the club amid fan discontent.

The reasons behind Son Heung-min’s poor form and what makes an Antonio Conte midfielder are also discussed.

    Show notes

The Athletic’s James Maw and Tim Spiers are with Danny Kelly after Spurs’ 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Antonio Conte had plenty to say after the match, insisting his squad doesn’t currently have a solid foundation.

The conundrum remains: should Spurs back Conte with more signings if the coach hasn’t signed a new contract?

The panel discuss this ongoing quandary and much, much more.
