    The Tyler Dickerhoof Show

The Tyler Dickerhoof Show is a podcast for leaders who want to make an impact without losing themselves in the process. Hosted by leadership coach and author Tyler Dickerhoof, the show explores the real forces shaping how we lead—mindset, insecurity, ownership, relationships, faith, and vision—often more than strategy ever will. Through personal stories, practical frameworks, and conversations with leaders, thinkers, and high performers, Tyler challenges listeners to do the inner work that leads to healthier leadership and lasting impact. In Tyler’s book, The Things We Hide, he shares his personal journey and the lessons learned from confronting insecurity, identity, and responsibility. This podcast expands on those themes—but goes far beyond them—bringing real-time conversations, fresh insights, and honest dialogue to the challenges leaders face today.

What’s the difference between vision and mission? How do you define leaders’ and managers’ roles? Why does your vision matter? Can leaders learn to welcome challenges? Do you have a moral and foundational anchor for your life and business? Why should leaders give more than they take from their employees? I met Steve a few years ago through the John Maxwell organization, and Steve struck me as being both mission-oriented and exceptionally altruistic. Steve serves on the board of John Maxwell’s non-profit organization, EQUIP, and it’s through Steve’s giving there that he’s become an examplar of compassionate and selfless leadership. Steve also works through his own company, Millwood Inc., to engage with and give back to the community that they are involved in, and the ripple effect of his work will be felt years from now.
