A bit of a delve into the show's Patreon bonus episodes for this time around on The True Crime Enthusiast Podcast, as we head back to the 1980's and over to the Hall Green area of the city of Birmingham for a truly unreal account of one man's macabre and very warped fantasy spilling over into reality - with the most horrifying, and tragic results.

TTCEP Birthday Bonus - Devil In The Doll's House Sep 26, 2020

Show notes

As voted for by members of the show's FB Discussion group, here is the Patreon episode available for all as it's the shows 3rd birthday. Thank you so much to every single one of you for making it happen - what a ride it's been, here's to many more - plenty more tales to come from the Enthusiast yet.
So the voted for episode, Devil In The Doll's House, is one of the Bonus Patreon episodes that I released just back at the end of July this year. It features a truly horrendous case back from the 1980's, in the town of Morecambe - a case where we learn just how close to home evil can really lurk.

The Bonus episode contains descriptions of crimes and events, including crimes against a child and descriptions of a sexual nature, that some listeners may find disturbing or upsetting, so discretion is advised whilst listening.

Show notes

The savage killing of a young woman that took place in an idyllic location in the city of Derby back in 1978 is the focus of the next couple of episodes of The True Crime Enthusiast Podcast, as what seemed to be an open and shut case, certainly wasn't.
Not by a long shot. It took the patience, determination and doggedness of a family, spearheaded by a remarkable woman, to finally see justice served.
As you'll come to hear.
