Mildred is one who never asked to be seen by those without eyes, and she certainly never asked to see them, in fact she always refused. Unlike others in The Fort, Mildred was able, and was willing to see what was behind the walls of Riverside Sanatorium.

Before you can go forward, you must go back. There are many townsfolk in The Fort, and you cannot learn the story of one, without knowing the stories of many. This is an interlude, and an introduction, to the Dark Reverend Albit.

Chapter 2: A Whisper Not Whispered Oct 20, 2020

Show notes

A whisper is intent. A whisper can be a truth, or a lie. Sometimes a whisper is even a delicate secret. In The Fort, a whisper is something entirely of dark creation. You'd do best to close your ears to them.....

Chapter 1: A God Amongst Trees Oct 20, 2020

Show notes

You'd do best to stick to the roads and worn paths. Those paths are worn because they are safe, but if you are safe you cannot see. There is an Oaken God, that is plain to see to those who look. Some folks though, meet such a thing unwillingly.

Chapter 0: Prologue - Welcome To The Fort Oct 20, 2020

Welcome to The Fort. Our humble little town is always a pleasure, even when the screams echoing from over the bog keep you up at night. Don't be afraid though, just make yourself at home. You'll be safe with me, I promise.
