    S4 EP6: More Than Physical Changes Oct 20, 2020
    Show notes

You know there are many ways to measure your fitness gains. We don’t recommend measuring with a scale, but that may be one way that people do measure their fitness goals. You can also measure in terms of what your body can do, which is a measurement that we do recommend. In today’s episode, we discuss those fitness gains that you can’t easily measure, and that may not be noticeable to anyone but yourself, but are still important.

    Topics Discussed in Today’s Episode:
