    In today's episode we are joined by Dr. Geogy Vatakencherry while at ISET 2019 to discuss the role of Interventional Radiology in treating aortic aneurysmal disease. We discuss the indications for endograft placement, management of these patients, techniques, and troubleshooting of difficult endografts and endoleaks. We also discuss the importance of maintaining a clinical perspective and treating the patient & the disease, not just performing a procedure.     In today's episode we are joined by Dr. John Lipman, an interventional radiologist practicing in Atlanta, GA who not only built his own private IR outpatient center, the Atlanta Interventional Insititue, but also has completed over 7,000 UFE procedures. Dr. Lipman explains his path in IR, and how he was able to start his solo practice and the Atlanta Fibroid Center. Join us as we learn about the technical and hollistic aspects of UFE as well as the tremendous push towards the educating the public about UFE via the #DontLoseYourU campaign. We also examine where live case education began and how it has become the cornerstone of the International Symposium on Endovascular Therapy.
