In episode 40 of The Robby Row Show I expand my horizons to the hitters side of the spectrum! I get to chat with Tim Gibbons who runs “The Data Cage” in Jacksonville, FL. Tim is fascinating in his approach to teaching the art of hitting. Safe to say that everything he is teaching is fairly new school but listening to his comparisons to the likes of guys like Ted Williams is truly amazing. Dive into this episode to hear Tim and I totally geek out about the way the game is evolving with the use of technology on the hitters side of the spectrum.

In Episode 34.1 of The Robby Row Show (This is a 2-part episode) I sit down with Danny Vega also known as Keto Counter Culture on Instagram to discuss all things Keto and Performance.
Danny plays a very important role in my ketogenic journey - I feel like i’m always hitting him up when i’m in need of some keto answers or even training questions I have. As you’ll notice in this podcast Danny is just a super cool dude, very down to earth and is really just trying to help others.
Danny goes over his background here in the first part of this two part podcast where you’ll hear his story on how he got into the ketogenic realm.
It’s funny because I started this show with a typical Rapid Fire Q&A and I think it took up about the first 20 minutes of the show haha but still some great information within that!
