I believe that the best healing for individuals suffering from trauma is to be brought back to their natural state - the frequency of your soul - pure light, peace, abundance and joy. There are a number of things that can conspire to take us away from this pure state and this is the experience of trauma, these things can be huge and life shattering or they can be perceived as minor on any sliding scale. What I do know is that this state of arrival can be recalibrated, shifted and restored. The ability to upgrade every single layer of your being with heart-felt consciousness and the feeling that you are enough. I was only sleeping three hours a night, surrounded by toxic people, micromanaging everything, and living off Red Bull and coffee! Frankly, I was a mess!!!

Even though I was financially successful, I was so far out of alignment with my soul, I was 'manufacturing' not surrendering and calling in manifestation, controlling every little thing and every little piece of my journey. And that's not healthy.

It is time for you to step up and be front and centre on the world stage.

You are put here to make a difference in this world, it's you, part of the tribe that has put their hands up at a soul level to uplevel and choose humanity and to choose Planet Earth.

This message is for those of you who know that you are put here not just to exist or survive the human experience, but to really make an impact through these times of great shifts and recalibrations.

This is the biggest shift that this planet has experienced….and what a gift that this is!

What a gift that you are here, right now, to witness this shift, play a massive part in it and be an integral part of the solution and the reality of what is going on.

We need to progress through this chaos, walk towards the light and embrace and be a part of the transformational process. You have been assigned to participate and stand on that stage.

It's a chat about building the new foundations and the process around surrender.

Allowing the undertaking of surrender to actually happen. So that you can open up and let what you are calling in to actually happen. With ease and grace and flow.

It's about recognising what surrender is and where you are creating from...is it the mind and the ego..or are you flipping the polarity to allow surrender into the process?

We talk about what moments of surrender we have experienced and how that has impacted our lives and what it has brought forth for us.

Releasing the fight, the struggle, the control urges and embracing the deep oneness of surrender.

As humans we embrace the 'busy life' …..if we experience an emptiness, either after a project, after a relationship breakdown, in between busy moments….we tend to 'fill it up'. We are conditioned not to be idle, not to have 'downtime'...even our contemporary 'me time' comes with a sense of guilt and the inability to use it effectively for the possibilities.

However, to engage the possibilities requires emptying the cluttered mind and embracing the child-like emptiness. Surrendering in this emptiness where there is silence and a calming the 'busy mind' there is listening.

Stillness and listening beyond your ears, listening with our whole being, into that nothingness, that space and calm.

That's where we really hear. It's about tuning into all layers of your being. It's an allowing. What are you willing to allow to come through next?

Hasn't it been an intense couple of months? Have you felt it?

We have worked hard over this time at tuning in and activating and stabilizing what has been going on with the planet.

There is so much goodness and magic and messages, lessons and codes that are happening in the Earth right now...and given these interesting and somewhat challenging times, people are tending to look outside for their inspiration..meditation and activations….

Sometimes, it is easy to forget that there is so much here in the Earth that is of value.

The Earth is a living being and encoded within her are so many lessons and opportunities for us all. And, right now, it is all about how we can connect with what is here on the earth and how we can recognise the gifts from the Earth.

Think about all of the gifts that the Earth gives us and how we can tune into, honour and give thanks for what is readily available for us.

Sometimes, we humans give our power away, we surrender fully into the process of whatever is currently obsessing us..and usually, what you are seeking is all fully within yourself.

Often, this is lying dormant, it is sleeping, your light switch has not been fully flicked yet. Ask yourself…'What is lying dormant within myself?'

Remember, your frequency is your currency…and through the human side of your reality, you can look within and truly see what it is that you actually want.

How can you shed some light on what is available for you to access, on a daily basis? How can you shift and rewire? Know what is holding you back?

Hey beautiful souls! Listen up to my latest podcast.

I'm chatting about some stuff that's been on my mind lately. Have you noticed that the world is in a really unusual place currently? It seems to be in a state of flux. A state of rolling turmoil and yet a point of power too.

It's upsetting and it's frankly, quite weird. There are things that have been revealed and things that have been brought to the light.

I have been grounding into the vibration that I can feel and I am saying this, and I felt it a few months ago…..This is such a unique opportunity for us all. Right here, on Earth….now.

We are at a huge pivot point here and there is a left turn, a right turn and there's a side step and there are so many options for people in their lives and in their reality.

You have an option at this choice point. Are you going to continue, repeating, as best that you can in the circumstances…. with the life that you had?

Or are you going to utilize all of the shifts and transformations that are available to you right now to actually ground into anchoring a new reality?

So, no matter how different things may seem, how chaotic and 'not usual' your life may seem right now...this is such an opportunity to now truly actually create the life that you've always desired.

We are in this beautiful moment, where if you think that everything is crumbling around you, in fact the crumbling is actually creating space.

Remember you get in life what you tolerate….what are you tolerating currently? And, what is it that you actually desire?

This is the time, when you can look around yourself and ask yourself 'What is it that I truly desire?'

Be real with yourself, wake up to your gifts and pivot into your new reality…...you are driving the ship and it is totally up to you!

It feels so good to talk about this topic.

We get so many questions around what we eat, what we drink and how we stay in shape, that we thought that the best way to answer was to do a podcast and address all of your issues and queries.

Listen as we reveal and de-mystify some long-held diet myths. It's a myth-busting podcast of dietary dos and don'ts.

So much about good health is always 'sold' to us as particular regimes, particular health foods, particular styles of nutrition and particular ways of living…..when actually, this can be sometimes counter-productive to your innate good health. It sets up the 'yo yo' effect of in and out of fad diets.

We say innate good health, because we firmly believe, and we also think, that we are living proof of our positive beliefs around good health.

We have been given this time on the planet right now, when the whole world is in a state of flux, to take stock, recalibrate and review the ways in which we are living and the ways that we approach our work habits, our recreation and our nutrition habits.

It's a holistic approach! It's about empowering yourself completely from within. It's also about tuning in and letting yourself breathe……and how high you value your body.

Your body is made to thrive and if you are out of sync with what your body needs, then you will not be actively working with your body to achieve the desired results.

Coming Home To Health Jul 27, 2020

Join with me in my guest chat with Arianna Aunon of Body Awakening Conversations.

Learn about what set me off on my health journey, as we talk about how I realised that although I looked healthy, there was an underlying truth that I was actually….not that healthy, despite exterior appearances. I had, as a teenager, a really unhealthy relationship with my body, as so many young women do….I wanted to change the essential nature of my body. And, this led me down a path of trying to change my body, from a place of not feeling good in my own skin.

My relationship with my body culminated in my not eating at all and aggressively working out at least four times a day, in an effort to make my body something that it simply was not, some weird ideal of beauty and perfection that the media, advertising and society had placed on me…I was underweight, sick and unhealthy. And, in an "ah ha" moment I realised that I was striving for some ideal of supposed, female body perfection that I didn't even have clarity of, in my own mind.

It's about connecting with your body and having a healthy, realistic relationship with your body, your healthy body, the precious vessel that is your vehicle through life. It's more than looking good, it's about the complete physical and mental inside out.

Hear how a simple 9 minute meditation can set up your day for the best, productive, optimum results.

For years, I was obsessed with learning all of these complex success strategies and with them, the 'best' ways to kick off your morning. I tried meditations, I tried activations, breathing, intense physical exercise….a whole raft of lists of the seven techniques that highly successful people told me to do to kick start my day. Things that they told me I should be doing.

I got to a point where I was totally overwhelmed and confused and if I missed something one day….I was consumed with guilt, that I had not fulfilled the 'prescription' and wouldn't be at my optimum 'best' that day, and that this would affect my outcomes….!!

Eventually, it got to a point that I was doing absolutely nothing. Mainly because I didn't know what to do for the best and all of the lists of 20 things and waking at 5.00am, was just so unachievable and also so time consuming.

So, I thought, I would devise a routine for the start of my day that suited me and was effective and simple. A routine that would set me up for success, and over the years, I have refined it to what it is now. It may look quite different to all of the other stuff from the gurus out there...but believe me...it works!

This process requires you to go within yourself, it is uniquely designed by you, for you, to suit your needs. I want to step you through exactly the activation, the meditation and the process that I go through, each and every day. And you can have access to this to make it your very own.

I recently caught up, through a series of powerful, divine synchronicities, with Victoria in Mykonos, Greece. We had a soulful conversation about having it all, and the spontaneous interactions that open pathways and portals for personal, financial and spiritual growth.

My recent journey included amazing insights, a powerful activation and a spiritual awakening that has been unbelievably incredible. And, this sudden, unexpected, unplanned journey to Greece, specifically Mykonos and Delios, has been around listening to my inner goddess, following my heart, soul and ... divine synchronicity.

In this podcast, we chat about when you get really busy and you are fully invested in your physical reality and your soul suddenly says "Go!
