    Darin Olien is a widely recognized plant-based exotic superfoods hunter, author of the book, “SuperLife: The Five Fixes That Will Keep You Healthy, Fit And Eternally Awesome,” and a TV host on the Netflix docu-series "Down to Earth with Zac Efron". He has travelled the planet discovering new and underutilized exotic foods and medicinal plants.     Diana Rodgers: Regenerative Farming Jul 01, 2020

    Diana Rodgers is an advocate for regenerative farming. She is a registered dietician and “real food” nutritionist as well as a writer living on a working organic farm. She runs a clinical nutrition practice, hosts the Sustainable Dish Podcast, and speaks internationally about human nutrition, sustainability, animal welfare and social justice. She’s written two books and helped to produce the short film, Soft Slaughter, which won a real food media award. Her work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, Edible Boston and To Market.

    Later this year she is releasing a new book and film project, Sacred Cow, exploring the important role of animals in our food system.

    Mark is the meathead millionaire who has leveraged a successful powerlifting career into a multi-million dollar business empire. He owns and operates the Super Training Gym, dubbed “The Strongest Gym In The West” and largest free gym in the world. Mark also publishes a national fitness magazine, has an impressive YouTube following, and is the host of a Top 50 health and fitness podcast. Much of Mark’s business success has come from his patented invention called the Sling Shot, a widely popular weight lifting device, billed as the greatest invention since the weight lifting belt. It is used by athletes and coaches and can be found in gyms throughout the country. His motto in life is simple: "If you’re not getting better, then you’re getting worse, so never be caught standing still."

    Dr. Nick DiNubile is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of the bestselling book, FrameWork- Your 7 Step Program for Healthy Muscles, Bones & Joints and is Executive Producer and host of the award winning national PBS television special, Your Body’s FrameWork. Dr. Nick has served on The President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports with Arnold Schwarzenegger and also sits on the board as well as serves as the Chief Medical Officer of The American Council on Exercise (ACE). He has worked with Philadelphia 76ers, the Pennsylvania Ballet, and countless athletes and celebrities. Most recently he has been named Vice President of The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. We talk about boomers, injuries plaguing young female athletes and Dr. Nick raises the point that it’s not about longevity as much as it’s about durability.

    Matt Hasselbeck: Break a Sweat Every Day Dec 18, 2019

    Matt Hasselbeck is a former pro-football player spending the bulk of his career with the Seattle Seahawks after his initial position as back-up Quarterback to Brett Favre on the Packers for 2 years. Matt led Seattle to six playoff appearances including the 2005 Superbowl against the Steelers and was selected to 3 Pro Bowls. After 10 seasons and a contract dispute, Matt went on to play for the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts. At retirement, Matt signed a one-day contract so that he could officially retire as a Seahawk after 18 seasons in the NFL and continues to be beloved by the Seattle community. Matt went on to become an ESPN analyst working on Sunday NFL Countdown, and most recently calling Thursday night college football games.

    Erwan Le Corre: Movement Poverty Predicament Dec 11, 2019

    Erwan Le Corre is the founder of “MovNat”, a coaching method, fitness program and certification system for Natural Movement, encompassing exercise, fitness, functional rehabilitation, and physical education. Growing up in France, Erwan spent his time outside exploring nature. Throughout his life he has trained in every discipline imaginable from martial arts, to Olympic weightlifting and long distance triathlons, to Combat Vital - a hardcore lifestyle of physical and mental training. Synthesizing his years of training his passion for natural movement, MovNat was born. Erwan believes it is everyone’s universal and biological birthright to be strong, healthy, happy and free. He calls this state of being our “True Nature”. We do a deep dive on the Natural Movement methodology, as well the current state of movement poverty for many humans, and look at how reintroducing versatility, variability, and frequency into your movement behavior could be the cure for many physical ailments.

    Petra Kolber: Emotional Health Matters Dec 05, 2019

    Petra Kolber is an author, speaker, podcast host and most recently a DJ. She is a wellness leader who is known throughout the industry as a crusader for change and a beacon of authentic happiness.     Mark Sisson: Food + Play for Longevity Nov 21, 2019
