Today I'm discussing a topic that I know so many women have dealt with in their careers across varied industries. Too many women have expressed the feeling that they have been putting in a lot of work and effort, but have not even scratched the surface of being seen or recognized as an authority figure in their industry.

Maybe you've taken the courses...

You've earned the degrees...

And committed yourself to the process...

But you still have not gained the real traction that you're looking for!

We all need to have faith that we can achieve our goals and our dreams, but it's lazy to think that faith will be the only thing to get us there. We have to partner action with our faith in order to see the progress that we desire! We also have to be able to change with change! Industries move quickly and you have to be able to evolve, pivot and be challenged with the changes as they present themselves. Spending your time implementing an old approach to confront a new challenge will leave you....overworked and overlooked!

Disappointment is a friend to your internal enemies. When you're fighting against discouragement, anxiety, grief, and depression, you're not fighting against external battles. Those are internal enemies that are working against your progress forward and today we're going to help propel you past disappointment.

In this episode we're talking about having a "Mindset of Constant Upgrades"! As a leader, business owner or aspiring business owner, it's important to know how to be adaptive and how to build on your adaptive intelligence.

Our prime example is the year 2020. In 2020 the entire world was caught off-guard by a pandemic that caused people, companies, economies, and entire countries to adapt to the health climate, and do so very quickly. All adaptations take time, but when you have a constant mindset of adaptivity, then you have a shorter adjustment period.

Do you struggle with change and how to handle change?

Do you ever ask yourself, "How do I remain authentic to myself and stay up to date with the current trends?"

Do you want to know how to better adjust to change quickly?
