Manoj Dias
Born and raised in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, Manoj Dias is co-founder of Open, a mindfulness studio and app focused on breathwork, meditation, movement, and sound. Manoj knows that meditation and mindfulness are too vast and wise for any one person to own, so he has studied with some of the most respected teachers of our time, including Channa Dassanayaka, Dr. Miles Neale, and Joe Loizzo.. He has married the best of ancient wisdom and contemporary science to bring the power of awareness, compassion and wisdom to organizations such as Netflix, Google, and Slack alongside his role as an associate at the Melbourne Business School’s executive leadership program.In March 2021, Manoj released his first book, Still Together. Lauren Swanson, PA-C
As the Director of Patient Care at Wondermed Clinics, Lauren Swanson is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive experience in family practice, urgent care, cosmetic dermatology, and neuropsychiatry. She earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Southern California. Originally from Norman, OK, she moved west after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from Oklahoma State University. Lauren was drawn to a career in medicine through her sincere desire to help people. She is passionate about working closely with patients to promote comprehensive wellbeing and guide them to live their healthiest potential.From her experience treating patients with ketamine, as well as training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, she is well versed in this progressive and unique practice.
