    The Process Podcast

On The Process Podcast, we explore the ineffable transformational power of trusting the process through honest conversations with people from all walks of life.

Each episode goes beyond accomplishments to uncover the people, places, relationships, and defining moments that shape who we become. Our guests share stories of triumph and failure, faith and uncertainty, transition and growth, revealing that life’s greatest lessons are often found in the moments we never planned for.

At its heart, The Process is a conversation about becoming. We hope listeners discover that they are not alone in their own journey, find meaning in their lived experiences, and recognize that every season—whether joyful or difficult—has the potential to shape the person they are becoming.

    TRUST THE PROCESS.

Episode 025: Go Hard (feat. Bree Hill) Nov 30, 2018
    Show notes

This week on The Process, we're joined by Bree Hill, whose journey reminds us that finding your identity is often harder than finding your destination. Growing up in a military family meant constantly moving from place to place, making it difficult to build lasting friendships or feel rooted in one community. Add to that the complexity of growing up in a multicultural family, and Bree spent much of her childhood asking a question many people quietly wrestle with: Where do I truly belong? Through every move, athletics became the one constant that gave her stability, confidence, and a sense of purpose. Throughout our conversation, Bree shares how faith transformed the way she viewed success, relationships, and calling. We explore what it means to pursue excellence without losing yourself, why identity cannot be built on external validation, and how living boldly often begins with trusting God in the ordinary moments of everyday life. This episode is a reminder that "going hard" isn't just about working harder—it's about living with conviction, embracing who you were created to be, and allowing your life to become a reflection of the values you hold most deeply.

Episode 024: Made For This (feat. Tiffany Ford) Nov 23, 2018
    Show notes

This week on The Process, we're joined by Tiffany Ford, a Chicago native whose story explores what it means to discover your purpose while navigating environments that weren't always designed for you. Growing up between Chicago's South Side and its southern suburbs, Tiffany experienced two very different worlds. As one of the few Black students in her schools, she encountered racism from an early age, experiences that shaped not only her understanding of race and identity, but also her commitment to equity and justice. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, they became the foundation for a career dedicated to creating systems where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. In this conversation, we discuss the power of using your voice, the responsibility that comes with education, and why meaningful change begins when ordinary people are willing to challenge the status quo. Tiffany also reflects on public policy, criminal justice reform, and the importance of investing in communities that have historically been overlooked. If you've ever questioned whether your experiences—both good and bad—were preparing you for something greater, this conversation is a reminder that sometimes the very challenges you wish you had avoided become the preparation for the work you were always meant to do.
