Many of her sales have set neighborhood records in terms of price per square foot & price for the condition and size of the home. Jen has skills in selling "for sale by owner" homes and homes that have sat on the market with other agents. Before real estate, Jen was an English and Special Education teacher for 8 years and has transferred many of the skills she acquired during that time into her real estate business. Jen pays incredible attention to detail when writing up contracts, researching home comps, and her client needs. Additionally, she has patience and understanding when guiding her clients through the home-selling process. She can break things down quickly and help them navigate the different situations that come with selling a home with ease and grace. Jen believes communication is key and makes sure there is never a lack thereof between her and her clients. Her drive and tenacity for real estate and doing the best for her clients make her an exceptional listing agent to work with.
