The Open Palm // At any point in time you can alter your mood by changing your mind. When there is no enemy within the enemy outside cannot harm you. You can negate the effects of many outside forces by using mental transmutation. Change your thoughts, and you change your life. To worry is to pray for something you fear. Never worry, but instead devote your energy to love. The Open Palm // Call me crazy, but I’ve been having many talks with my body. I’ve always enjoyed my own company but lately it has become more extreme. More intimate. Never before have I been so close to myself. We talk and talk and talk. It’s very verbal actually when you know how to listen. May you benefit from consulting yourself. You may find many answers reside inside you. The Open Palm // There are many insights to be gained in our journeys. Some of us have trouble staying in rhythm. As life ebbs and flows like the ocean, so do we. We can enter this flow and ride the current or be swept up by the waves. 🌊 In the end it’s up to us but we can still and always enjoy the journey. The Open Palm // It can often feel so good to spread love. To do good things for other people. To give without expecting in return. Being kind for kindness sake. If you know you are blessed, be a blessing. If you know you are fortunate, give good fortune. Every action we take creates karma. We might as well create the right kind.
