Went to go see a great movie the other night. Some lessons I took were: A warriors spirit needs a warriors body. A weapon or tool is useless in the hands of the unaware. Not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog. We cannot rush our destiny. Trust the process!
A threshold is a point in a condition or process that, once passed, triggers some kind of change. Know that if there is an activity you love doing, keep doing it and somewhere along the way you will pass that threshold. Believe it to see it and you will certainly achieve it.

While advertising for a company, I asked a lady if she had received her free gift today. She replied, “yes, I woke up today.” Often we fail to remember that life is a gift. When we appreciate the life we are living we make it that much worthwhile.
Have you ever had something in your life that you could truly say you were addicted to? Has there ever been something that you couldn’t see your life without? If so, I’m sure you can understand my addiction to video games. Being in a virtual world and accomplishing wonders can be intoxicating. However it doesn’t always translate into tangible or physical outcomes. When others can see that you have grown, sometimes we must stop and appreciate our journey.
I learned the difference between hobby and lifestyle in a boxing ring. My opponent was in it for a career while I was just in it for the workout. Think about devoting the majority of your time to the things that will contribute to your ideal lifestyle. Think of how far you could go if you put all of your energy into them.
We may not have forever, but we have all the time in the world. We get back what we put in. Take the time to cultivate you. Spend it wisely. If we want something to grow, we must. What are things that are serving you? What are things that are not? Find out and be kind to yourself. Let patience be your ally.
In our lives, there are many times where we will be tried and tested. Continue forward towards your dreams no matter what. Be polite and kind to others no matter what. Be a beacon of light for others no matter what. It cost us nothing to spread love and kindness. Be a reason in someone else’s life.
