This is a new series on having morning Mantras that inspire us to keep going and pursue our greatest versions while we recite them. Today’s morning Mantra is on new thoughts.

Failure is an Experiment May 11, 2019
    Show notes

There is no such thing as failure. Just results. When you cause something to happen you didn’t want, you haven’t failed. You have produced a result. Understand that you need not fear failure. For to FAIL = First Attempt In Learning. We figure out what to do by figuring out what not to do.

Welcome To The Real World May 10, 2019
    Show notes

I once caught a snippet from an episode of “Friends”. One of the characters said a quote that impacted me. It made me think about perceptions and how our mentality creates our reality.

The Measure of a Hero May 09, 2019
    Show notes

I watched a movie called Avengers: Endgame and heard a wonderful quote. “Everyone fails at who they’re supposed to be. The measure of a hero is how well they succeed in being who they are.” I love this quote because we often tend to self-criticize and self-deprecate. We want to be perfect and we fall short of expectations. We must understand that we are perfectly imperfect. When we truly embrace ourselves we become the heroes we wish to be.

Feelings Are Superpowers May 08, 2019
    Show notes

Our feelings can be our superpowers. I was once asked why I am always in such a good mood. How I carry myself cheerfully and what makes me positive. I let them know that we have the power to act as if. If we are able to shift our body we can shift our minds. Emotion stands for energy in motion. Let your posture be your guide to positivity.

Remember To Remember May 07, 2019
    Show notes

Have you ever felt as though certain things make so much sense to you? Have you come across theories or topics that seemed to just click? Perhaps it is because you already knew them! The philosopher Plato came up with the concept of Anamnesis. These means that we are actually remembering innate things we have always known. Knowledge that we have had within even before birth. Let this concept excite you. And keep remembering!

When Your Moment Comes May 07, 2019
    Show notes

There is a story of a nature photographer who decided to take a picture of a rare bird in the jungle. The amount of patience, willpower and mental fortitude had to be great for him to get the photo. When his moment came he was ready. When opportunity comes it’s too late to prepare. We can learn a lesson from this man.

What Makes Us Wise May 07, 2019
    Show notes

I agree that questions are the answer. When we accept the fact that there is so much we don’t know, we learn more. When we humble ourselves to ask, we are truly wise.

How To Wake Up At Will Apr 24, 2019
    Show notes

Have you ever awakened in the morning and realized you beat your alarm clock by minutes or even seconds? Could this be a coincidence? Or could there be latent powers and abilities you have that you are not yet privy to.

Keeping the Mind Open Apr 23, 2019
    Show notes

I celebrated Easter with family and noticed that children tend to keep an open mind about things. They are like balls of clay that have not yet molded. In our lives our minds can often be like parachutes that don’t do us any good closed. We may be more vulnerable and exposed with an open mind, but we may also achieve and receive more as well.
