Welcome to the Natalie Tysdal Podcast! Mar 23, 2021
    Show notes

Welcome to the Natalie Tysdal Podcast, I'm so glad that you're here.

I recently quit what many called a dream job. For 28 years I've been on television as a news anchor, most recently a four and a half hour morning show.

Don't get me wrong - I've had a lot of fun along the way, and I've certainly learned a lot. But behind the scenes was sometimes a different story, more on that as we get to know each other

My new job is here, with you, every week. I want to talk about the things that really matter. Things like sleep, burnout, marriage, family, work and purpose. We've got plenty to cover.

I'll chat with some of the amazing people around the world that I've met as a journalist, and we'll get into some topics that truly help improve our lives in every way.

My leap of faith was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but I know that I am where I need to be right now. And I hope to help you find where you need to be, and to make that journey a little bit easier for you.
