How to Visualize Your Goals Feb 06, 2023
    Show notes

Welcome to the 2023 Season Kickoff of the Right on Time Podcast!

    Happy 2023!

We are one month into this year and already I have slowed down, sped up, dialed back down and checking myself as I work toward my goals.

In this episode we are talking about goals. Did you know that 75% of people stick with their goals their first two weeks of the new year, but at one month in that number drops to 71%. At the six month mark? 46%!

I want you to know that you can be part of the 46%!

Identity is also a topic in this episode I am excited to discuss with you! We get to choose our identity! Which is great news when we are trying to create a life that is different from the one we currently have.

Maybe you're not trying to make any huge changes. You're happy where you are! Let me tell you, me too! I am happy in my life. However, I set goals for myself so that I can keep moving and keep that happiness that I feel (because we know the joy is really in the journey).

In this episode, I talk you through how I have explored different identities lately to see what fits me best so that I can get to where I want to go. I started at "business owner" for my identity then tried on a few others.

Then I layered in visualization to help me really get clear on what I want and have the space to do. I end this episode with a guided visualization/meditation to help you get clear and focused too.

Once you've listened (or watched on YouTube) be sure to leave me a comment either on the YouTube video or over on Instagram to let me know your thoughts, if this resonates with you, and if you gave the guided visualization a try!

In this latest podcast episode, you'll discover:

    • A bit of science and stats behind goal setting (and achieving)
    • Identity and how it might affect your planning
    • A guided meditation to help you visualize your success

Listen below …and discover how to set and reach your goals to finish 2022 strong!

We are talking about the concept of being Right on Time in this episode.

Right on Time, to me, means knowing and trusting that everything happens on time in your life even if you don't understand why something is happening. We often feel that things happen as an inconvenience to us, but what if that isn't true?

What if we can learn to appreciate the timing of even the heaviest moments?

Jodi Bourne is joining me in this conversation for this episode of the Right on Time podcast. She has been on an incredible journey in her life from college plans being delayed, divorce, almost stumbling into an amazing career, a bipolar diagnosis, and so much more that has taught her all about being Right on Time.

Jodi Bourne is an incredible vacation rental consultant who helps people who want vacation rentals to be a business. They take it to the next level, maybe beyond AirBNB. She helps her clients create an amazing experience, therefore helping them improve their guests' experience.
