Christian is a former professional athlete turned confidence & mindset coach and motivational speaker. When his career in sports came to an end, so did his identity and purpose. He didn't know who he was nor what else he could offer to the world. After years of struggling to become a working actor and rigorously training and applying to become a fighter--both of which ended in failure--he finally found his calling and something that made him want to get out of bed every day: helping other men battle through the same struggles he has battled. Christian is on a mission to put the outdated and often damaging cultural expectations of masculinity under a microscope in order to help men feel that it's okay to be exactly who they are, even if it doesn't fulfill all the manly expectations. He shares his story and his fears, failures and insecurities openly in the hopes that he will inspire other men to do the same.
