    Episode 38 covers the 2026 budget which passed 6-1 on second reading on Monday, November 24. Mayor Graham gives some additional information about an amendment to freeze 24 positions in the City of Pueblo in 2026, alongside the four amendments brought forward by City Council. Additionally Pueblo found a partner in Boone for the intergovernmental (IGA) agreement for the new Southern Colorado Building Department (formerly regional building).
