    Summer Rhythms Aug 09, 2022
    Show notes

On this week's episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we're talking about summer rhythms. I love the idea of using the word "rhythm" instead of "routine".

    You'll learn:

    1. What happens when your rhythm is off
    2. How to interrupt your rhythm (and why you may want to)
    3. How our rhythms may change based on the seasons

Take stock of your rhythms and find a place for a little interruption. Summer rhythms may be different from your fall, winter, and spring rhythms. Think about how that may look in your life. Look at it as an opportunity, you may find it's SO much better than your current rhythm.

Class and Classy Aug 02, 2022
    Show notes

On this week's episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we're talking about class and classy. No, this is not about how to be more classy. It's about the way we use these terms and it may not be what you think.

    You'll learn:

    1. How class and classy are used
    2. What I've learned from doing vibe checks with clients
    3. The true meaning of "style"

What does classy and class really imply when they're used? I want to create a community that has a sense of belonging where high-achieving women get to examine the rules they've been handed and re-write them for themselves. I want to create access rather than obstacles.

    Show notes

On this week's episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we're talking about enjoying your collections. I'm currently in the process of moving and working on categorizing and going through all the stuff. I've found myself questioning how much do I need these things? Let's talk about it in this episode.

    You'll learn:

    1. It's not just about what you need or want, it's about what would you love
    2. The beauty in taking small joy in the simple pleasures
    3. How to make room for your collections

I think there's a mad genius sometimes to what would be considered a cluttered space. Go through your collections this week and enjoy it.

On this week's episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we're talking about what is underneath your fill-in-the-blank. You'll learn:

    1. The common thought pattern I see in my clients
    2. Why hiding under your coat/cardigan is no longer serving you
    3. You can buy clothing that actually fits your physical body

You can find clothing that actually fits your lifestyle and feels amazing and stylish without having to tell yourself to pop a ___ over it. We can find clothing that fits your lifestyle even in an extremely professional setting. Start to define for yourself what it means to show up professionally.

    Packing While Plus-Sized May 27, 2022
    Show notes

On this week's episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we're kicking off Hot Girl Summer and talking about packing while plus-sized.

    You'll learn:

    1. You do not have to cram everything into a teeny tiny well-curated suitcase.
    2. There's no shame in carrying a larger suitcase.
    3. You not having what you need doesn't serve anyone.

Often times when we try to cram everything in a small space to pack, we may not actually end up with everything that we needed, which doesn't serve us, so why are we doing that to ourselves? You deserve better. You're allowed to invest in anything you need, that is not vain or silly, you are worth it.
