In Episode 10 ("Make It Stop"), Luthen learns devastating intel from Lonni Jung about the Empire’s secret superweapon project (the Death Star), involving Krennic, kyber crystals from Jedha, and Galen Erso; Dedra Meero finally confronts him at his shop, leading to a tense showdown and Luthen’s desperate attempt to silence himself.
Episode 11 ("Who Else Knows?") explores the aftermath, with Kleya making a heartbreaking decision to protect the rebellion by ensuring Luthen cannot be interrogated, intercut with flashbacks revealing their deep bond and origins.
In the finale, Episode 12 ("Jedha, Kyber, Erso"), Cassian teams with K-2SO to aid Kleya and tie up loose ends, while the Rebellion coalesces on Yavin with key players like Mon Mothma, Bail Organa, and Saw Gerrera; the arc delivers satisfying closures for supporting characters and positions Cassian on the path to Scarif.
